The wrong item was delivered (the item I ordered was a liquid; I received tablets) and when I reached out, a return label was promised as well as the correct item to be replaced for me. However, none of this actually occurred. A second email got me no response. Waste of time and money. Should have read the online reviews of your shop first -- they are not good. Will be adding my review to the masses.
