I placed order #9342 on 11/18. Two weeks later I requested a delivery date. Receiving no answer I sent emails, messages on the website, and left messages on the answering machine. On 12/5 the answering maching said memory full and I called Visa to file a dispute. Strangely later on 12/5 I received an email saying my order has shipped, tracking information to follow. I received my order 12/11.
