There customer service is inconsistent and a hastle to return or exchange items purchased online. When I contacted customer service to return/exchange some items I was told to fill out the form and attach the included return label. I emailed customer service and indicated that a return label was not included in the box if they can email me one. Then I was told by email that they don't provide a return label. It's my responsibility to go to the post office or UPS and return the box. That is not what I was expecting. I will not be ordering form Disney store. Please be aware of that inconvenience.
