I placed an order for a pair of Minnie Mouse earrings and after about almost a month of waiting and no update I decide to contact customer service for assistance. I couldn't be connected with someone but instead received a notification stating someone would be in touch with me within the next 48hrs. I finally receive a follow up "Oops" email after the 48hrs. starting my item was canceled. When I tried communicating with customer service again, I felt like a was being mocked and told "hope your niece had a magical birthday", no real solution to my problem or frustration on how the situation was handled and the miscommunication. WILL NEVER SHOP @ DISNEY AGAIN.
