This was my first order from your company. I was pleased with the service and turnaround time. However, I was not pleased with the plastic caps on each end being taped on with what appears to be "Scotch" tape. Does not look very professional for the cost of the items. Also on the 57" banner, there were lines across the top in two places where it was either scratched or rolled wet. I am sorry to complain about this but, I was not the only one that noticed both things, my customer said something immediately.
