“I was looking for a part that holds the top metal rail of a retractable banner that I purchased from VistaPrint. I lost the small plastic piece that is absolutely vital to holding it in place. They couldn't (or wouldn't) help me, expecting me to purchase an entirely new banner over losing a tiny plastic piece so I searched one out and found it at Signworld. The one I got from Signworld was not the right size for the poles purchased at VistaPrint, but I was able to make the hole larger with a Dremel rotary grinder and make it work. Saved me a couple hundred dollars and shipping was VERY fast. I would love for them to have the correct size, but if I ever lose this one, I'll be coming back to them for the one they carry, and then just bust out the Dremel again.”

“Slow to act on initial order. Communication was a bit rough as the individual I first spoke with had terrible english ... go figure. When confronted with slow response from Signworld, I was then offered the opportunity to pay more for faster shipping. I declinded and was informed that ground would be to me by a acertain date..... then I received an email stating my order had been shipped, followed immediately by another email stating my shipment was already going to arrive another day late..... Will certainly never use this portion of their service again ( printed flag banner ) and will think twice before ordering any more of their pole banner hardware kits. An overall bad experience and I would not advise any else to use them as there are so many more options out there.”

“Everyone was very helpful, great customer service, however returning an item is very difficult. I had to fill out extra paperwork and then found out shipping was $30 more than my item, I would really appreciate prepaid shipping like most any other company, wont be shopping here again unfortunately.”
