“The SEG LED Ladder Light Set was perfect for my needs and works like a champ. The only thing Signworld didn't have was a barrel connector "converter" as I needed the lights to connect to a PowerOverEthernet setup. That would have been nice to have a one-stop shop, but I had to go elsewhere for the converter. Other than that, perfect!”

“I'm sure when I actually order from Signworld I will be able to give a 5 star review... but let me explain. I came across Signworld when looking for replacement parts for my sign - a sign that wasn't originally ordered from them, but I digress, their site was easy to use and order from, but here's the kicker, someone from Signworld customer service reached out to me a cautioned me about buying it since there was no guarantee it would fit, etc, etc.. To me, this is top notch service.. so much so that I fully intend to purchase future signs from them. The variety of signage, replacement parts AND great customer service?! I only wish I would have known about them first!”

“The quality of the flagpole banners I received was good. The delay in getting a proof was too long but otherwise the staff was quite responsive. A key limitation is that they cannot handle SVG files as some other companies do. So that reason I had additional effort creating acceptable .pdf files and the result was 150 DPI instead of 300 DPI which I would have preferred”
