“Good product, good on-time delivery, clamp part on legs wrong size, to big”

“The SEG LED Ladder Light Set was perfect for my needs and works like a champ. The only thing Signworld didn't have was a barrel connector "converter" as I needed the lights to connect to a PowerOverEthernet setup. That would have been nice to have a one-stop shop, but I had to go elsewhere for the converter. Other than that, perfect!”

“I'm sure when I actually order from Signworld I will be able to give a 5 star review... but let me explain. I came across Signworld when looking for replacement parts for my sign - a sign that wasn't originally ordered from them, but I digress, their site was easy to use and order from, but here's the kicker, someone from Signworld customer service reached out to me a cautioned me about buying it since there was no guarantee it would fit, etc, etc.. To me, this is top notch service.. so much so that I fully intend to purchase future signs from them. The variety of signage, replacement parts AND great customer service?! I only wish I would have known about them first!”

“The quality of the flagpole banners I received was good. The delay in getting a proof was too long but otherwise the staff was quite responsive. A key limitation is that they cannot handle SVG files as some other companies do. So that reason I had additional effort creating acceptable .pdf files and the result was 150 DPI instead of 300 DPI which I would have preferred”

“Part of the black finish came chipped off our new magazine shelf, revealing what appears to be rusty metal. We assembled it with that shelf on the bottom rung so it would be less visible. That part was disappointing, especially at a price point over $100, but I also understand that things rarely come blemish-free. The assembly process was simple. It looks good overall, minus the bottom shelf. I am happy with it and would choose to purchase it again, if needed.”

“Pleasantly surprised overall. I'm always a little nervous buying online, but after checking some local options that turned out to be two to three times the price, I decided to take my chances. My display tent arrived on time. and the print quality was better than I expected. The hardware seems to be of good quality. My only nit with the product is that they used white piping where they connected the different sections of the tent top. With my artwork, it would have been better to have used black, and it would have been nice to have that option. The real question, of course, is how well it holds up over time. But initial impressions of the product are good. Four stars instead of five because the artwork process was more difficult than it needed to be. I'm a professional graphic artist, and originally submitted high-quality Adobe Illustrator "package" files that should have been everything they needed. Instead, I was told that they could not accept Illustrator files, and that I needed to resubmit in Photoshop (!). If you know anything about professional layout and design for print, you know that was an absurd request. I ended up resubmitting the artwork as PDF files, which they were able to use.”

“The signs are very nice exactly what we ordered. A little disappointed in the way they were packaged and shipped (or should I say the lack of packaging. Nothing between the signs to prevent scratching; there were several areas that were scratched, fortunately only on the edges so it does not detract from the overall sign. Also, the single-sided corrugate did not hold up to shipping and 2 sets of the screws were lost, having to contact the company to have resent. All in all we are happy with the signs.”
