Part of the black finish came chipped off our new magazine shelf, revealing what appears to be rusty metal. We assembled it with that shelf on the bottom rung so it would be less visible. That part was disappointing, especially at a price point over $100, but I also understand that things rarely come blemish-free.
The assembly process was simple. It looks good overall, minus the bottom shelf. I am happy with it and would choose to purchase it again, if needed.
