Even though my credit card was charged they refused to ship $125 order because the address was different than the billing address They wanted me to send a photo of my drivers license due to fraud. For the same reason I don’t send any other information that could lead to my identity being stolen

I've had great experiences over the last 2 years ordering multiple items from them. Not sure who I found this time that wasn't willing to do their job correctly, but it was very dissapointing. I ended up ordering from a different company and unfortuntately most likely won't do business with Signworld America any longer.

purchased a roll media cart, ended up with one that won't fit our media. Would have sent it back at our expense but they charge a 15% restocking fee. Won't be purchasing any sign products from them. Plenty of other suppliers out there. Found a proper media cart less than 1/2 the cost of theirs.

Very Poor. Very rude customer service, she kept talking over me and aggressively saying she could not help me as well as "did you hear me when I said I can't do this for you?". I paid for a sample in 1/4" material. What I got was 1/8" material. Not what I asked for or paid for. If I had known, I would have never bought the sample. When I asked for a 1/4" sample after being sent the wrong one I was told that was absolutely not possible. Still confused at how you don't have a sample of the product you are selling. Honestly, after the experience I had with customer service, I don't think I will be using the material even though I think it might be a good option for our application. Seriously, I wish I could give a less than 1 star.

The sign we purchased 10 months ago has fallen apart. The glue used to hold it together feels like dry toothpaste now. No adhesive. Such a disappointment. When I contacted them for a resolution, they responded with: "Thank you for reaching out. Unfortunately the warranty on this sign has expired. I can send over a link to a highly recommended Silicone. I recommend taking down the sign before applying silicone as constant pressure is needed." No commitment to their product.

Not Good!!! I ordered a flag stand thought I was ordering the correct base and in ground foundation it will not work- have to pay 15% restock as well as shipping. Willing to pay shipping restock is a bit much.

I was looking to use these banner signs to make a big impact at our tradeshow for the launch of new products and a lot of time, effort, and money was invested in these. The website kept erroring when I was attempting to upload the files so I sent them via wetransfer as requested. Since I was not able to upload the files to their online form, apparently none of the rest of my order specifications were ever sent, including the request for a proof before printing. Who invests $450 in a display without wanting to see what it's going to look like???? So when I reached out about a proof I was told they were already printed and being sent out and of course it arrived looking nothing like what I submitted. All the colors are DRASTICALLY different than the original photos...blacks are dark green...pinks are brown, purples are gray, skin tone is neon orange. To say I am very disappointed is an understatement. These look like garbage which could have been avoidable if the website actually just worked in the first place or if anyone cared to do any kind of customer service or quality control.

I put in an order. I paid and then all of a sudden I got notification it was canceled without reason. i still need the part and this was not overly helpful or handled well

Thank you for providing your feedback regarding your order cancellation. We are always looking for ways to improve. Please note that our hardware is not universal and it is our policy to contact the customer prior to shipping so they are aware of our policies and restocking fees. Based on your request to cancel the order last year, we went ahead and cancelled this order to avoid any issues.

I placed two orders with Signworld America in May, 4 days apart. I received the later order first. The order I placed earlier….. I not only did not receive it on time, I had to pay a separate shipper to pick up my order. When I requested a reimbursement of my additional delivery costs for getting their order to me when promised, I not only was told there was NOTHING they could do for me, they were totally uninterested in compromising, customer service and customer satisfaction. This was relayed to me by several layers of their management team, all the way up to the person who “said” he was the owner, Robert Chung. I’ve owned a business for all of my professional life and have never encountered anyone who was so unwilling to find a solution that would ultimately satisfy both parties, someone who is so inflexible, or someone who is so adamant about doing nothing to help the customer. Their website that declares the fast delivery and turnaround time is not true. And they assume no responsibility for orders that are not delivered on time.

These were no good, I did not realize they had the ball together, it’s not like a picture looked like. They are so labor-intensive, I threw them all away. Thx!

I ordered a literature rack with 9x12 pockets. One side measured 9.5 and the other 8.5 from the outside of the seams, so it wouldn’t even hold paper. They tried to get me to pay the 15% restocking fee AND return shipping.

The customer service is prompt and I appreciated that I was updated quickly that my order could not be processed. However, your website needs to reflect available inventory and shipping costs. $350 to ship foam core board is unheard of. Customer service is prompt but web accuracy and processing is poor.
