Return policy really is not good enough for just an extra piece we got. 15% plus shipping cost??? We will be not shopping with Signworld anymore.

Very bad experience waiting for delivery of an item for which they unilaterally had cancelled the order. I don't think they wanted to sell it to me. Now I'm stuck and running out of time to get it.

I went to a different company. They didn't require that my artwork be exactly the right size!

I order a spike pole for my flags but they do not provide spike. They just send pole

Hi John, It looks like you have not yet received our shipment for the flag poles. We've already started an investigation with UPS to relocate the package for you. On the other hand, let us know if you are in a time crunch, so we can resend a brand new package out, free of charge. Thank you for choosing Signworld! Robert

We ordered premium retractable banner stands. Set them up with packing tape on both sides. I actually set one up last night, in my home, no one even around to bump into it, and woke up and it unwound and now it’s just basically an expensive pole and a stand. Same with the one I set up in my restaurant. It lasted a few days and now it’s just a dangling banner on a pole. Very disappointed.

the cutter I bought, doesn't work well at all. when it cuts the vinyl the edges are wrinkled. cuts paper part ok. thinking about putting a razor blade on it some how so I can use it. the wheel on it leaves a rough edge.

UPS had a problem delivering my order. Signamerica called to tell me it would cost $17 to get redelivered and if I didn't pay it the package would be returned. Asked to speak to a supervisor but he/she would not talk with me. Never had a company charge me for someone else's problem. Needless to say, this is my first and last order form Signamerica.

I ordered the wrong size part by mistake. Once I recieved the package I emailed the company and asked for a return shipment label to return the item. I was never given a lable and the lady I spoke to stated that the company only sells replacement parts for items that they sell. I am very unhappy that she did not comply with my request. If that was the case then it should say that on the website!

Ordered a banner with "two day turnaround" on 12/19. Shipped on 12/26, scheduled to arrive on 1/3, too late for my trade show. UPS shipping time map on the site based from Pennsylvania but they shipped from California.

I ordered on 12/19 and they promised 2 day processing. Product shipped 12/26. Also their UPS shipping time map is based on Pennsylvania shipping but they shipped from California - add 2 more days. My order is scheduled for 1/3 delivery, so it will take 15 days to get the banner - too late for our trade show. Complete waste of money.

Manager would not talk to us about a rush shipment for a medical conference, then charged our company nearly 300 dollars the published rate for shipping not their contracted rate. We put the same dimensions in our UPS shipment program and it was 87 dollars. They say Its free shipping, but...... They profited 200 from this shipping charge, we were check mated since they would not talk to us and we had to have them faster.

Perhaps if they address some of the issues on the website that I mentioned when I called in, then I could recommend SignWorld. As of now, I don't think I would feel comfortable offering a recommendation to other people. Maybe I'm being a little picky, but there are some functions and wording that are just horrible and cost me about an hour of my time to deal with things that should have been much easier. 1. It's super frustrating when I go to a site and click through to find something and it's not intuitively where it should be. I was looking for a REPLACEMENT feather flag, and still cannot figure out how to order that on my own. 2. So I chose to chat with somebody online about finding my order, it appeared that the rep didn't bother to read what I wrote, and it literally took 10 minutes for them to respond, AFTER they said hello. I had to keep sending messages, and finally got the person to respond after 5 messages. 3. At that point, I asked AGAIN about ordering a replacement feather flag and the rep sent me a link to order the whole kit. I already have the hardware, I need a replacement flag 4. waiting...finally, another link, so I'm off to the races. 5. finished the order, even though it was difficult to see the shopping cart because the stupid "Customer Reviews" box sits on top of the shopping cart, blocking things like totals and shipping...just general bad web design. 6. After getting the order place, which wasn't able to even move past the credit card screen. There was a note that said "you have already clicked the button, please wait 8 seconds before you try to click again" I waited and waited and waited, and resubmitted 5 times, waiting 8-20 seconds each time...praying that my card wasn't being charged again and again. Eventually used PayPal to finalize the payment. 7. The system somehow decided to change my email on my Signworld account to the PayPal email, so I did NOT receive an email confirmation of my order to my correct email address. 8. Finally, time to upload artwork. I made the artwork based on the template, which was nothing more than an outline of the flag in PDF format with no guide lines, or margins or suggestions of how to design the flag. 9. All ready to upload and there's another note that suggests to "make sure to be sure"(bad clunky grammar) that the artwork is correct or give us a call if you have any questions, because the art is processed in 1 hour, and if there are any changes there will be extra charges. YIKES! I really don't want extra charges. So I called. 10. I actually got the SAME rep on the phone that I had on the chat, and that went nowhere fast. The rep seriously seemed to not know what I was talking about, as I read the line about calling with questions, at least 4 times. 11. all the way to 11...now it's time for a supervisor, who did not bother to identify herself as a supervisor, just that she was help me. 12. Still going...I asked repeatedly about the artwork and the procedure, and she assured me that if there were issues they would contact me before the proceeded, however, that doesn't really address my concerns over the statement that having to address artwork issues my result in extra charges. 13. Finally, the rep assured me that they would contact me, and that they would process my artwork in 3 DAYS...3 DAYS!!!!! Really!?!??!?!? What happened to the "within 1 hour"? So, I spent the 15 minutes to write this review NOW, and am praying everything works out, and that I won't be left hanging or charged extra. This experience was a bit of a drag and wasted a LOT of my time with things that should not have been that way.

I still don't have the product that I ordered and paid for. Signworld will not re-send another......need to wait 8 days for an inquiry with their shipper, according to Signworld.

Your order form asks what is the deadline date the item is needed by and I entered that information TWICE but no one follows up to say that 1. Its possible or not in the time frame you ordered or 2. that it can be there if expedited shipping costs are paid or 3. that these particular items come from a different location and have a longer ship time. None of these options were offered to me until I inquired as to where my products were in the process. I was then met with apologies but no effort from the company to make it right, just pressure to pay the extra shipping costs as they negated to let me know that it was shipping from the not usual location to me via email. This in turn caused a huge issue as the products were to be used in a very large event for my company and you guys didn't care.
