the signworld laminate has really really bad silvering i had to use a laminate from a different brand to get the job done

Everything started great, but it went downhill from there. There was absolutely zero communication on when my order would be shipped. I called twice and both times I got bad information. I'm still unsure if my item has shipped and I'm left in the dark with no updates.

You get what you pay for. I paid an inexpensive price for two banner stands and they were only $ 15.00 dollars each. Pure junk! I would not recommend doing business with them. It cost me more in shipping fees than both the banner stands. Over $ 36.00 for shipping. That is a ridiculously high amount when you pay more for shipping than the actual products that I ordered:

We received banners that were missing parts, rendering them unusable for the conference they were ordered for. To the company's credit, they offered to replace the missing parts. In another circumstance, that might have been helpful, but not in our particular case. I was told we couldn't be issued any sort of refund because of two policies. 1. We had a custom order. This makes perfect sense. 2. They don't issue refunds for missing parts. It is not the fault of the consumer that the parts were missing and I think this policy doesn't serve their clientele. The customer service was responsive and helpful within the confines of their policies, but I'm not likely to order from them again.

Frustrated: Great start. POOR finish. We purchased a booth kit - about $1700 worth of banners, stands, etc. The onboarding and sales process was great! It arrived quick, looked fine, and the first conference went well. At our second conference, one of the pull-up banners came apart when pulling it out of the base to display. Being spring-loaded, it disappeared into the base, so we scrambled to pop open the stand and get the banner up in time for the crowd. This was the 2nd time this banner was ever pulled out of its base! Either it's junk or it was defective. This should've been a no-brainer replacement at no charge. But this is where the circus started. The company was quick to pull out the fine-print on how retrieving the banner from the broken base voided the warranty. "It clearly states..." We had to pay to ship it back to them ($150 and a waste of time) and the most they could muster was to re-attach the damaged canvas and ship it back as-is for a $5 end-cap fee. They did generously offer to sell us a new banner though... Takeaways: If it breaks on use #2, it's junk. Go elsewhere. If a company sells junk, but replaces it, not great but understandable. If a company sells junk and doesn't replace it, find another company. (we are) 2 stars only because the other banners haven't broke yet.

Not a great experience. Placed an order only to receive an email a day later saying my product choice was not one that could be shipped. Though I saw on other products this was an issue my particular order said nothing about shipping being an issue. Not in the website, ordering or at checkout. My order was cancelled.

Our banners looked great and they are incredibly quick on their turnaround and delivery. The prices are reasonable as well. But we've had the banners out for only a few months in a very mild Los Angeles winter and all of them are already fraying at the corners.

The most out of date process and website I've ever used. We must use this brand for the university I work for. You literally have to order things multiple times, email artwork, and it's a very confusing process. That being said, I got what I ordered on time and it was the quality I was expecting.

We have purchased 5 retractable banners. The banners are great once up in action,, except one has been horrible. The banner keeps getting lost down in the track. Here is where I give this company a poor rating . They said it is still under warranty so they will fix for free BUT... they want ME to pay the 50$ to ship their defective product back to them. The end clips fall off constantly see picture. We put finally gorilla glued them on. The top clips fall off constantly too, and if you lose that part you can't use the banner. You will have to buy new parts for $5 plus shipping from the company. We have finally put tons of caulk globbed on to the little end caps to keep the banner from getting sucked down into the track

We use Signworld because the quality of the products are decent and the prices are fair. We've had nothing but headaches with everything else including several missing orders and orders outright shipped to the wrong address.

Loved the look when I received it. But then.... I used chalk on it and when Ai erase , you can still see what I wrote in the light. Frustrated.

Walked into the California office and my wife and I felt like we were in the morgue. Ridiculously Quiet, no employee talking to each another or Us. No Receptionist. Rang bell for service and people sitting in cubicles just looked at us, finally a young lady tried to help us but had no idea what I wanted until I pull the item up on my phone from their own website. I'm guessing this company get no walk in customers.

These were very miss leading. When I called to ask about the product no one had a clue on how well they performed. Come to find out they don't perform well at all in resulting of a loss of on out the banners. Thankfully only one. Very dissatisfied and disappointing that customer service could not give me any information about this product. Lesson learned
