These were very miss leading. When I called to ask about the product no one had a clue on how well they performed. Come to find out they don't perform well at all in resulting of a loss of on out the banners. Thankfully only one. Very dissatisfied and disappointing that customer service could not give me any information about this product. Lesson learned

I called and asked about the status of my reseller application because I had a large order to place for a client. My company, Data Flow, is a design agency / broker in the print, sign, promotional, and creative industry. I was then told I was on the wrong website, and directed instead to display-wholesale.com. I placed multiple orders on behalf of my client and shipped to several stores. I called later to ask why my client received a copy of the paid invoice within the packages, and was told that's because I ordered through the RETAIL site, display-wholesale.com instead of the distributor site, Signworldamerica.com. I'm frustrated that I was directed to the retail site instead after calling about my reseller application, and especially that my client received a copy of the paid invoice thus revealing the costs of the product. I sent a message of this issue via Contact Us on the website early last week and received no response. Even now when I sign into signworldamerica.com, my membership status is still noted as "under review" since 1-29-19. - Mitch

$5.00 dollar's for 2 little plastic peace's than charge $10.80 shipping by mail that's not right.

The process for uploading artwork and making your own signs is inefficient, cumbersome on the purchaser, and extremely frustrating.

I haven't got the product yet, but what I can tell you is, I am not very please with the way I was charged. I talk with miss J on the phone and payed for it on the phone, and I was quoted a price for shipping from her $12.38 that day, and two days later its a deference in price. shipping still today at my house is $12.38. But you charged me $16. and change. That's a big deference! I went on the site today and fill out everything just the way I bought it back then. Guest what it still says $12.38 shipping. Why is your site giving one price, and when I called you to pay by phone it was the same price, but when I call two days later you change me $16 dollars and change.

I “purchased” a table topper last Tuesday. Wednesday morning I get an email saying the file needed to be resized for it to print. Sent file after it was completed, another email stating it’s still not right. Maybe nd you this is the same file I sent to Vistaprint and I’ve had no issues before. So about : emails later I sent file to a friend who is a 3D animator for Boeing. The next day I get an email stating it’s still not correct and if I want to use their graphic design department there would be a fee. I asked for a refund and am taking my business elsewhere. I’m a supporter of small businesses, I’d rather give my money to a shop than a corporation. The staff did nothing to help, what happened to customer service? I did everything in my power to make sure I was set up for success but received nothing in return. Very bad experience all around
