“I appreciate the awesome customer service and timeliness. I was impressed with the product based on the cost. The material wasn't the highest but the graphic was fantastic! It definitely accomplishes what I need it to do at a very affordable price.”

“We ordered three retractable banners and on arrival, 2 worked and 1 did not. We contacted Signworld and they were very helpful. They offered to send a replacement without charge. The products are very good looking, and now we know their customer service is also excellent.”

“The prints are great. However, when ordering multiple quantities with different artwork is a little confusing. Even though the artwork is submitted, there is not a way to specify how many prints of which artwork you want. You have to do it in the notes. This caused us to get too many prints of one and not enough of the other.”

“The sign is heavy, which is both good and not so good. Good because it won't blow over so easily and bad because it is not easy to pull. I suggest including a strap of some sort to attach to the handle. That would make it easier to pull.”

“We are very happy with our Heavy Duty Media Roll Cart. Upon arrival, it was missing 2 plastic end caps. It did not affect the use of the cart and was remedied after one email. Thanks.”

“My telescoping sign came out as expected, even better. The only thing I would improve is the telescoping or needs to be a little stronger as it tends to borrow a little bit at the longest height.”
