“Overall positive first-time user experience. Print quality was very good. Minor issues: The website ordering didn’t capture my preview request, and the banner bag handles fell off.”

“The prints are great. However, when ordering multiple quantities with different artwork is a little confusing. Even though the artwork is submitted, there is not a way to specify how many prints of which artwork you want. You have to do it in the notes. This caused us to get too many prints of one and not enough of the other.”

“The sign is heavy, which is both good and not so good. Good because it won't blow over so easily and bad because it is not easy to pull. I suggest including a strap of some sort to attach to the handle. That would make it easier to pull.”

“We are very happy with our Heavy Duty Media Roll Cart. Upon arrival, it was missing 2 plastic end caps. It did not affect the use of the cart and was remedied after one email. Thanks.”

“My telescoping sign came out as expected, even better. The only thing I would improve is the telescoping or needs to be a little stronger as it tends to borrow a little bit at the longest height.”

“Product quality is always top-notch. And, the interactions I've had with staff reinforce my confidence that it will stay that way - especially when I make a mistake in the order and they catch it and confirm before proceeding. Ordering is somewhat easy. But, the artwork upload system relies on clients to rename files to connect them with the order. Clients need a way to manage the uploaded files or at least to see them visually connected with each order.”
