“Thanks for asking. The person who helped me was wonderful -- however, when the signs arrived one was broken. This was disappointing because we needed to use them at an event the next day. I just haven't had time (due to our multi-day event) to get in touch with you for a new one. Thanks.”

“Love your products. Hate your website. It's very confusing and hard to use when ordering products. I have had to call Customer Service every time I've placed an order. They are wonderful, but it would be better if I didn't have to do that.”

“The vinyl floor storage rack is wonderful! It’s heavy and sturdy. It was easy enough to put together with the help of the video. The directions sheet could use some work. Other than that, it’s great.”

“We ordered three retractable banners and on arrival, 2 worked and 1 did not. We contacted Signworld and they were very helpful. They offered to send a replacement without charge. The products are very good looking, and now we know their customer service is also excellent.”

“The prints are great. However, when ordering multiple quantities with different artwork is a little confusing. Even though the artwork is submitted, there is not a way to specify how many prints of which artwork you want. You have to do it in the notes. This caused us to get too many prints of one and not enough of the other.”

“The sign is heavy, which is both good and not so good. Good because it won't blow over so easily and bad because it is not easy to pull. I suggest including a strap of some sort to attach to the handle. That would make it easier to pull.”
