“Even though my credit card was charged they refused to ship $125 order because the address was different than the billing address They wanted me to send a photo of my drivers license due to fraud. For the same reason I don’t send any other information that could lead to my identity being stolen”

“Online process was very easy, and customer service was great when we need to add a better logo to the sign. Pricing was comparable to others online, and sign arrived ahead of scheduled delivery. It looked great!”

“I'm sure when I actually order from Signworld I will be able to give a 5 star review... but let me explain. I came across Signworld when looking for replacement parts for my sign - a sign that wasn't originally ordered from them, but I digress, their site was easy to use and order from, but here's the kicker, someone from Signworld customer service reached out to me a cautioned me about buying it since there was no guarantee it would fit, etc, etc.. To me, this is top notch service.. so much so that I fully intend to purchase future signs from them. The variety of signage, replacement parts AND great customer service?! I only wish I would have known about them first!”
