“Crappy, I ordered on a Friday, I was told it would arrive Wednesday for a project that needed to be printed that day. It didn’t arrive, it’s now Sunday, I want a refund.”

“I found the organizatioun to be competent, they pick up the phones when you call, etc. I placed my order too late to complete timely and cancelled. The important thing was that I was able, several times, to get people on the phone. My order was cancelled timely. I would use them again.”

“All interactions with Sign World on this and past orders have been flawless. Good value for the money. Production times are good and consistent to stated. Print quality has been excellent. Possible areas to improve? Have the display frames and printed graphics ship together. When dropshipping direct to an event site, it causes confusion and higher chance of one or the other to be missing or late. On the 10 ft straight tube displays, I'd love to see the travel case be sized to easily fit the both the frame and fabric graphics so that we don't have to ship and handle two seperate packages. Too much chance for loss or damage with seperate packages.”

“The SEG LED Ladder Light Set was perfect for my needs and works like a champ. The only thing Signworld didn't have was a barrel connector "converter" as I needed the lights to connect to a PowerOverEthernet setup. That would have been nice to have a one-stop shop, but I had to go elsewhere for the converter. Other than that, perfect!”
