The item (a literature rack) is fine. No assembly instructions came with it, so I watched a video on your website, and it was missing steps. I was able to figure it out no problem, but still - what's the point of instructions that are incomplete? I thought the shipping charges were exorbitant given the size and weight of the item - $30 to ship something via ground that weighs about 5 pounds? That doesn't compute.
