In the end, I got the 3 frames I ordered and the packaging was good, with no damage to them. It was frustrating, though, because online the black frames were showing as in stock when I ordered them. Weeks later I finally contacted the company to check on the order status and was told the black were out of stock (and would be for 110 days). The representative was able to switch the color to silver and they shipped quickly after that, but I'm not sure why Displays2go didn't contact me about the situation. I would consider buying here again, but I would be wary of the stock being correct online. Edited to add: I really appreciate that the company took the time to respond to my review. I also got a quick response (and resolution) during my online chat attempt. Customer service can be very spotty these days, so Displays2go?s efforts are really nice to experience. I?m going to bump my rating from 3 to 4 and I do feel more comfortable buying from them now.
