“Given the cost of the product I ordered, I was expecting much better quality. The instructions could have been better detailed but that was the least of my problems. The screws provided were too thin to properly secure the acrylic cover in place. The holes drilled for the screws were three times larger than the screws themselves. Outside of that, the holes on the cover did not align with the holes in the base leaving it to be off center. The acrylic cover also came scratched.”

“The three-tier tabloid rack filled its prupose well. The adjustable shelves and the rack combination are somewhat unstable or rickety, but by securing the shelves to the rack with zip ties, it works nicely. It is much better than the rack it replaced.”

“I've placed quite a few orders with Displays2Go and have meant to leave positive reviews each time, but life and business are always so busy. Our delivery needs are usually tight. Displays2Go's staff have been incredibly insightful and have provided useful information and coordination, whether. they are always very knowledgeable about their products and stock as well as their delivery methods. Eric just recently advised me on vital shipping info and explained how internet orders will stay in my accounts history but telephone orders may not. good to know”

“We have purchased 10-12 retractable banners from Displays2Go and other items as well over the 15 year history of our company. Most of the products have served us very well. Unfortunately, the most recent interaction with a purchase of a Premium banner, was not positive. The spring and retractability of the banner failed after 60 days. I asked for assistance and received the company's position that they do not replace or repair this item. We will look for an alternate provider and someone who guarantees their products.”
