“The showcases are very nice and seem to be durable. They have spruced up the looks of our museum displays immensley. How ever when shipped they are very well packaged for protection against breakage. Close inspection is not posssible untill the plywood crate is torn apart. On doing so we discovered a couple of them were assembled in a very negeligent and shoddy manner. They are put together with inner support braces not inserted into their brackets and at this point there is nothing we can do about it. Shipping was very expensive from the east coast to California so sending them back is not an option. I plan to purchase another truck load in coming months and would hope some compensation in the form of a lessor shipping cost may be considered. Secondly the driver that made the delivery was as lazy and arrogant as anyone I have ever met and his demeanor was that of too good to lend a hand at helping to unload. I realize he was a contracted driver and this was no fault of your company.”

“The product arrived as described, and assembled with the only issue being that the wing nut connectors for the base were a bit stiff and dificult to tighten.”

“I was pleased to find this supplier, for our customer's sign display needs. I wish the distributor pricing was just a bit lower, compared to retail, but I find Displays2Go sells higher quality pieces than other similar vendors.”

“The counter was really easy to put together but when I unboxed the counter had three different scratches on it. The box was not damaged in transit. One scratch I may have still given 5 stars but 3 scratches I have to knock down to 4 stars!”

“Display arrived promptly but was manufactured with holes misalligned [no fault of Displays 2 Go]. I contacted the company and they went above and beyond to get a replacement to us ASAP. I was actually more impressed with the follow up service than had the transaction been simple. Thanks D2G!”

“I purchased four small portable lights for $153 and they didn't work for me, the lighting was too low They were very helpful in the process of helping me return the items and refunded my payment 100%”

“This is my 3rd 20 slot magazine rack. I try and keep 12 magazines to a slot which can entail a little manipulation (bending) to to fit them in. I can do that with this rack without changinging the physical appearance as in having it look bent up. I estimate I have 80-95lbs of magazines per rack. You can view about 4 1/2 inches of the top of each magazine. The black wire is 3-4mm (less than 1/16") so there is no obstruction to seeing the cover of the magazine, that is the upper 4"... The bottom rack shows the entire magazine. The framing, not viewable from the front has a heavier guage wire. On the negative side is the price. In Sep. 2019 I paid $54.94. Just 7 months later, June 2020 the price was 58.40. In Feb 2022 the price was $65.01. That's an 18.3% increase in 2yrs 5 months. That order was lost then found, and then repackaged by Fedex becsue it was set outside in the rain... I canceled that order. The recent order of Jan 2025 saw a price of $94.97. That does not include shipping. That's a 46% increase from 3yrs back and a 62.6% increase from (6/2020) 4 1/2yrs ago... Not only is there no reasonalbe explanation for such an increase in this economy, it simply isn't worth it.”

“The only issue we had was since the table cloth was convertible to a smaller table, it took us some time to figure out the velcro in order to convert it to a 4 ft table. Instructions would have helped.”

“Quality met my expectations, but instructions were sorely lacking , to the point that even after fully assembled, things are not quite 100%. For instance the glass doors don't have a handle or groove to open & close.. peg holes in the back don't line up correctly to hold shelves, lock on display case is not functioning...All due, in my opinion to lack of detailed instructions.”

“Purchased a great easel to place a mirror on in our powder room. When delivered, we realized a part was missing. Called D2G and they quickly solved the problem. Although I do love the easel we received, it is slightly different from the online photo. The stabilizing bar is 1/3 shorter, but works well for our space. Easy to order…great price…helpful customer service…beautiful product. PS- Although our item wasn’t damaged, the box in which it was delivered had been crushed and punctured.”

“I was immediately drawn to this product. Its sleek design and innovative functionality promised to be a game-changer for my daily routine. Unboxing it felt like revealing a piece of art - it truly is a pleasure to look at. And in those initial uses, it delivered on its promises, making my life just a little bit easier and more organized. However, as time went on, a concerning pattern emerged. Despite my best efforts to handle it with care, the product showed signs of fragility and became hard to move due to it being so fragile. It became clear that this product, while aesthetically pleasing and functionally brilliant, is simply not built to withstand the rigors of everyday use.”

“Base is to light wind blew i over first time out end putting a battery on it, wind was about 6 to 10 miles per hour. luckly the 42 inch TV did not get damaged.”
