These wooden displays look amazing! They are very well made. I only gave it 3 stars because if you touch or move them they fall apart easily. There isn't anything to hold the rods into place. We thought about using wood glue to hold it, however the fact that they come apart is convenient for saving space.

I would have liked to see the company offer the item I needed without requiring me to pay for additional items I couldn’t use. I ordered the replacement templates in the frosted style, but also received clear templates that I can’t use. It seems like a waste of money.

I do have complaints, but I first want to say that the two individuals that I spoke with to correct this issue, were apologetic and helpful. This is a summary of the detailed tracking from FedEx and emails from Displays2Go. On Thursday 02/26, I received confirmation of purchase from Displays2Go of order number WEB210283461,at 12:42PM, and FedEx received shipment information at 3:55PM. From Friday 02/27, at noon, until Tuesday morning 03/03, FedEx traveled 885 miles, and ~60 miles out of the way in passing Hickory to go further south to Charlotte, then back north to Newton, NC (15 miles from the final destination), only to find the furniture damaged. Total trip time was 89 hours. The return trip to Fall River, MA took 29 hours. On Thursday 03/05, I received an email about the damaged furniture. Twelve days later on Friday 03/17, I called to find out what the status was of the original order and had to re-order and then received another confirmation email at 10:26AM with a new order number: SPL0102629. Eight days later on Wednesday 03/25, after seeing the charge on the credit card and not receiving any shipping information or a tracking number, I called and had to re-order the item for the third time, with the new, new order number: SPL0102767. I am hopeful to finally receive my podium this Monday but not confident in my expectations of your carrier, Fedex.

Need to be able to tweak the display units os they can fit into an outside box to ship with product inside.

The frame itself is pretty great, but it came with NO INSERTS!! We had to buy from Amazon separately.

I ordered five frames. So far two of them are bowed and one has scratches on the corner. I am going to open the rest.

I ordered a display for our lobby and only one of two boxes showed up. I wasn't aware it was being shipped in two boxes, and I assumed the wrong unit was sent. I contacted cust. svc. and after several days, they told me that the 2nd box was still en route. It was clear from tracking info that something was wrong with the 2nd box (either missing or damaged.) At some point, I pushed them to send a replacement for the lost box and expedite shipping. They said they did, but another several days passed before I reached out again and said I still hadn't received anything. They then sent me a tracking number. Eventually, the 2nd box showed up and the unit is fine. But, good customer service would have been them realizing earlier that they should have send a replacement for the second box as soon as it was flagged. Everything that happened was because I pushed for it. They should be more proactive.

I ordered a business card and a brochure 8x11 display holder as well as (4) 8x11 acrylic displays. Ordering was simple and fairly quick. All performed well at the event they were ordered for except one-the display that holds brochures broke before the end of the event!

Service was efficient however the larger rack arrived with damage to the botttom on the box and therefor the bottom of the rack is bent. I was leaving for a show so had to use it anyway. Is there anything you can do for me? Appreicate your help. Carolyn Bell

I would have given this review a 5 star rating if the magnets were stronger, but for what I put inside the frame the magnets did not hold strong enough. However, it did hold a normal size paper fine, what i put inside was an envelope thickness and thus the magnets did not hold it strong enough to keep the case/frame together.

The only issue I do have to say is the plastic sheet is slightly too large. This is the second one I bought. First one is perfect however the second one has some bubbling due to extra length. Super well made product though.

I could not figure out how to put it together (attaching the sign to the post). I have a college degree and followed the instrtuctions. I had to ask our maintenance department to help.

The display stand is sturdy, looks good, and fills the role we need it to fill. The stand withstood severe shipping handling with the box coming mangled but the stand is fine. However, the fit and finish is not satisfactory for the cost of the unit. The screws the fasten the top to the trussing are not flat all of them are at some odd angle. For the invested money, I would expect a much better fit and finish.
