Service was efficient however the larger rack arrived with damage to the botttom on the box and therefor the bottom of the rack is bent. I was leaving for a show so had to use it anyway. Is there anything you can do for me? Appreicate your help. Carolyn Bell

I would have given this review a 5 star rating if the magnets were stronger, but for what I put inside the frame the magnets did not hold strong enough. However, it did hold a normal size paper fine, what i put inside was an envelope thickness and thus the magnets did not hold it strong enough to keep the case/frame together.

The only issue I do have to say is the plastic sheet is slightly too large. This is the second one I bought. First one is perfect however the second one has some bubbling due to extra length. Super well made product though.

I could not figure out how to put it together (attaching the sign to the post). I have a college degree and followed the instrtuctions. I had to ask our maintenance department to help.

The display stand is sturdy, looks good, and fills the role we need it to fill. The stand withstood severe shipping handling with the box coming mangled but the stand is fine. However, the fit and finish is not satisfactory for the cost of the unit. The screws the fasten the top to the trussing are not flat all of them are at some odd angle. For the invested money, I would expect a much better fit and finish.

Have always loved the products at D2G ad the process as well but this last order left me frustrated (at myself and D2G). Proof of tabelcovers showed low rez images which I didn't focus on, assuming the proof was for overall layout and colors. (Shame on me). Other vendors who provide me shirts, mug, bags, etc, always have someone from art department reach out if image was low rez but I heard nothing from D2G. Approved based on what I thought was layout and colors and sure enough I have two tableclothes with low rez images on them that are hardly "promotion" worthy.

DISPLAYS2GO as a reponse company has been great. The email communication and shipping communication was excellent. With that said, the product that I bought and received we less than great. The buckles on the case broke on the first shipping and I covered the buckles with shipping saran wrap. They (DISPLAYS2GO) should figure out this problem.

The frames that we ordered were just fine and the customer liked them. I'm just disappointed that we were charged tax even though I was told there wouldn't be any tax because our account was set up as tax exempt.

Ordered an iPad stand with shelf for a tradeshow photobooth. Pros: The stand was fairly sturdy and worked out well for our event. I especially liked that I could have photo printer and laptop on the shelf at the same time to print. Also liked that there was a collateral holder. Cons: Need better packaging. The box arrived completely damaged and falling apart, but thankfully nothing was missing that I could tell. I would think for the cost of this, it would be packed better. There is a second post that holds the shelf that was not long enough and had a 3/4 inch gap under it so the stand would move the stand. Would also be great if there were variuos plats to accommodate new/changing ipads.

We overall really loved the look and feel of our order. BUT there was one big issue. We were missing one piece of our 10x10 floor. We had to leave the one spot blank in the middle after rebuilding the floor so that the table could cover it. Could we please have one more foam tile?

I had a fair experience. I called to order a table covering approximately 2 weeks prior to the date that I needed it. I was told that I would not get the product delivered in time for the event and there was no option for the job to rushed. I get it, that is the policy of the company but it was surprising to hear that there was no flexibility in getting my job rushed especially becasue I work in Swansea and could have come over the pick it up anytime. The rep I spoke with was nice but there is no way I can give the company 5 stars. Had they figured out a way to get this item ready in time I would be giving you 5 stars and praising you to the community.

I bought the 29"x72" glass case and it arrived safely, nothing broken. But there were some problems with defective parts. There are 4 metal rods that have channels for the glass and those round shelf-support things. On one of the rods, the channel for the round shelf supports wasn't wide enough for the supports. A few of the shelf supports wouldn't tighten but in the end it didn't matter. I replaced the glass back of the case with plywood and screwed on old fashion metal standards that use 12" shelf brackets. I bought this unit because it's the perfect size to fit in an unused doorway to the garage where it now resides.

The Product is great but I had contact via chat to ask if extra keys are available as we lost one of the two on the first meeting out. the person said they would need to reach out to the warehouse to see if extra keys are available and she would email me. I have not heard anything.

Frame is nice. Packed very well against possible shipping damage. Hanging string broke within hours of hanging. Refund and replacement frame both received....refund only requested
