The showcases are very nice and seem to be durable. They have spruced up the looks of our museum displays immensley. How ever when shipped they are very well packaged for protection against breakage. Close inspection is not posssible untill the plywood crate is torn apart. On doing so we discovered a couple of them were assembled in a very negeligent and shoddy manner. They are put together with inner support braces not inserted into their brackets and at this point there is nothing we can do about it. Shipping was very expensive from the east coast to California so sending them back is not an option. I plan to purchase another truck load in coming months and would hope some compensation in the form of a lessor shipping cost may be considered. Secondly the driver that made the delivery was as lazy and arrogant as anyone I have ever met and his demeanor was that of too good to lend a hand at helping to unload. I realize he was a contracted driver and this was no fault of your company.
