Had one good order from them--got great customer service. On our second order, Displays2Go shipped the wrong product to us, and then did not deliver on the promised replacement date.

This is the first time we haven't been able to give 5 stars, which is never something we do lightly. The initial order of two large units arrived with one perfect and the other completely broken. I spoke with customer service who said that the replacement would ship out the following day and we would receive is on 2-day shipping, which is what we paid for originally. The unit was supposed to arrive on Monday and it didn't show up . . . and it just hung in the tracking with no new info. I finally called again on Thursday and talked with another rep who said it was scheduled to ship the following day. When I questioned why it hadn't shipped out the week before as promised, she had no answer. Once again it didn't show up when promised and the tracking number didn't work. I called again for the 3rd time (and got the nice lady I had the first time) who told me that it had a different tracking number than the second lady gave me and it would be delivered that day, which it finally was. I get that COVID has made everything difficult, but an honest answer was all we were looking for.

I recieved my items but the wrong colors came for my displays. I requested black display racks instead of white display racks

We are missing one part of our order (A-Frame inserts), one pole came broken for our pop-up banner and on 2 of the pop-up signs we purchased the graphic is distorted, but that was not visible in the proof.

The case was just what I needed, however the top is a little too large and when it was forced into place for shipping it caused pressure cracks in two corners, each about 1/4 inch

The pulpit with plaque looks nice. The only problem was that the lock-nuts for the top of the pulpit would not lock onto the lock-bolts. I had to purchase some angle brackets and screw them in to secure the top of the pulpit to the body. (see photo).

I was just informed that one of the shelfs on the display case is broken. Is there a way to get this repaired or replaced?

The items we ordered came damaged, so I called and reported the damage. We were sent new items, which also arrived damaged. I called again and was seeking a refund. I was persuaded to welcome a third shipment and the product finally arrive undamaged. We are pleased with the product and service, just not that it took 3 times to receive undamaged goods.

I wish I had my podium put together have not been able to put it together. It might be a very good product once together.

The Microsoft Surface Pro stand that we ordered was unstable and rocked forward and backward until we welded a heavy steel plate into the base of the stand. Not the qualitiy that I expected.

The podium is nice, but it was scratched in a couple places because it wasn’t packed/shipped with enough care.

These are great crates because they fit inside of each other for transport, but the insides were so rough. We had to sand them forever to get them to useable smoothness for my yarn display.

The display racks are nicely made EXCEPT...when two racks are joined together you either need a rubber mallet to get them seated and/or a pry bar to get them apart. I have to lubricate each rack with a white grease and WD40. Seems like the dimensions of each 'leg' and hole are the same size. NOT GOOD! Making one slightly bigger than the other with a wing nut (as you do with the feet) seems like the way to go. Also one of the top clips was missing.

We are happy with the look of the display board but the quality of the screws and how to attach them to the post is poor. The head of all of the screws didn't fit into the area that it was designed to fit into. We had to use a larger allen wrench.

The display rack I ordered is good but the packaging and shipping needs a lot of work. The wire rack was placed in a cardboard box to be shipped and did not have any sort of support or protection. The box was torn from shipping and some of the wires were bent when I received it. Put something in the boxes for protection!

Stand was slightly damaged and acrylic box broken within three weeks. Replacing the acrylic with a metal box.
