Terrible, almost all of my items delivered months late, and when they finally arrived they were broken and unusable, I tried to speak to cutomer service and they were not helpful at all. We spent a great sum on our order and completly had to piviot last min. i never write reviews like this but i was incredibly disappointed

Not thrilled with it. No insturctions whatsoever. I am an iphone user and this is set for andriod- could be part of the problem. Couldnt get it to function for the trade show I wanted it for.

My company purchased a ticket tumbler and we threw it away after using it once. The door to the cage would hardly close and it was so poorly made that two different employees cut their fingers on the wiring.

I was looking to purchase this display case. https://www.displays2go.com/M-1352/Tall-Glass-Display-Cabinet-Two-Swing-Open-Tempered-Doors?variantId=39675 Their Q&A said to check with CS to get info on buying spare shelves. The live chat rep said they do not provide spare parts. Extremely disheartening, and horrible business. What if a customer has an accident? Glass breaks, and needs to be replaced. Is everyone just SOL? I've had to replace tempered glass before. It's not unusual, and for other companies its been a quick transaction, no problem. How do these guys have any customers? I can't trust their products.

I think the idea of having a display like the clear acrylic shelves was one of my best ideas so far so that the customers don't have to dig inside a basket to find my watercolors. However, they were incredibly fragile, and I didn't want to hasself sending them back, so I pitched a bunch of them. The ends that go over the gridwall display snapped very easily and I had to junk them. Even when I put a dozoen unframed watercolors on them, they would not bear the weight of 1/2 lb. so won't be ordering them again. I'm better off with the baskets on the gridwall rather than the clear acrylic shelving. I wish I had read a review like this so I didn't have to waste my money and time assembling my display. Wish I had better to say about them but unfortunately I don't!

Table top banner was broken upon arrival. Banner did not stay attached to base. The base was dented and did not work. Poor quality, requiring full refund.

Not happy at all. I submitted files with a couple of questions, my questions were ignored. Telling me they need different files. I sent the files per their request, and their graphic person decided to change my layout. I called and cancelled the order on Aug 13th, on Aug 25, I get an email confirming that my order had been cancelled and it would be 1-2 weeks for a refund. Certainly not the way to do business in my book. Shame on them.

The snap frames I ordered were $50 each and were extremely flimsy. The frame components were poorly cut with chipping at the corners. The frame backing is a thin piece of plastic that doesn’t provide any rigidity to the frame. I would not recommend purchasing these frames.

I am sure what was sent to me was a USED display. There are black marks on the base and I can see some of the pixels are broken.

Prompt shipping, but poor product quality. The clear sheets I received didn't even have the mounting holes line up. And the frosted sheets I received had the perforated lines tweeked at an angle. In trying to line up the graphic to print, I found there is now way to do so and print it straight as the template is off on the actual paper.

I needed an order shipped to two different locations and they were unable to fulfill this request because they were two different banners. The only way to avoid this problem in the future is to submit a new order for each banner, which is extremely inconvenient. I have two orders in process with 4 banners total and I would need to submit 4 separate orders to get them shipped to where they are needed. Very frustrated as due to this issue these banners will not arrive to their conference locations in time.

We approved artwork 10 days ago. When we called today they said it never went to print and their system has glitches. We asked that they print and ship to us in the next 2 days but they refused to upgrade the shipping. Do not use them.

Had to have the equipment replaced twice just so I could assemble it because the screwholes were not aligned and the charging ports did not work. To be fair, they did replace the items for free. Still a hassle, though. For the price, I expected better.
