Table top banner was broken upon arrival. Banner did not stay attached to base. The base was dented and did not work. Poor quality, requiring full refund.

Not happy at all. I submitted files with a couple of questions, my questions were ignored. Telling me they need different files. I sent the files per their request, and their graphic person decided to change my layout. I called and cancelled the order on Aug 13th, on Aug 25, I get an email confirming that my order had been cancelled and it would be 1-2 weeks for a refund. Certainly not the way to do business in my book. Shame on them.

The snap frames I ordered were $50 each and were extremely flimsy. The frame components were poorly cut with chipping at the corners. The frame backing is a thin piece of plastic that doesn’t provide any rigidity to the frame. I would not recommend purchasing these frames.

I am sure what was sent to me was a USED display. There are black marks on the base and I can see some of the pixels are broken.

Prompt shipping, but poor product quality. The clear sheets I received didn't even have the mounting holes line up. And the frosted sheets I received had the perforated lines tweeked at an angle. In trying to line up the graphic to print, I found there is now way to do so and print it straight as the template is off on the actual paper.

I needed an order shipped to two different locations and they were unable to fulfill this request because they were two different banners. The only way to avoid this problem in the future is to submit a new order for each banner, which is extremely inconvenient. I have two orders in process with 4 banners total and I would need to submit 4 separate orders to get them shipped to where they are needed. Very frustrated as due to this issue these banners will not arrive to their conference locations in time.

I worked for weeks back and forth with design files that fit the specs for the given product from the first submission only to be told the product was sold out.

We approved artwork 10 days ago. When we called today they said it never went to print and their system has glitches. We asked that they print and ship to us in the next 2 days but they refused to upgrade the shipping. Do not use them.

Had to have the equipment replaced twice just so I could assemble it because the screwholes were not aligned and the charging ports did not work. To be fair, they did replace the items for free. Still a hassle, though. For the price, I expected better.

Hinges were broke from back of box. For a security box very cheaply made. It would be easily broken in to.

I asked you to cancel order, then received shipping information, then received an email from you stating that you were able to stop the shipment, then received email notification of delivery????? I don't know what you did - did you cancel my order, or did you deliver it???

I ordered a custom sign however, never got to see it! The package was stolen off my front porch by an Amazon driver. When I provided video evidence and a police report number to Displays2go, they only offered 10% off to reorder! Absolutely not!

While the product was fine, Displays to go is a horrible, relentless spammed. I told them no emails on checkout, I have done unsubscribed a few times, I marked them as spam and they keep coming. I hate this company!

Ordered this canopy tent with custom graphics and had to order a new one due to a name change. I called in with the original invoice and explained that we wanted the exact same tent but with our new logo and without the frame. I went through the customization process where I kept referencing the previous order and when we finally received the new tent, it was an off teal color which looks nothing like the previous blue which we ordered and was the color I wanted. Called in and as of now, they are refusing to take any sort of responsibility because I had approved the proof even though the proof color looks nothing like what they sent and they ignored my multiple request that we just wanted the same tent as before but with our new logo.

I'm suspicious that my 2 credit cards (1 company card & 1 personal card) that were saved on our website account were compromised as we had fraud attempts on both cards last week. I'm not confident that our payment information is secure enough.

Ordered 420 sign holders, received 397. Charged for 420. Product was not packaged properly and had 21 broken pieces that Displays2Go would not replace even though I have photos of poor packaging. Center Manager said to take up issue with UPS. Not an ethical company.
