Ordered this canopy tent with custom graphics and had to order a new one due to a name change. I called in with the original invoice and explained that we wanted the exact same tent but with our new logo and without the frame. I went through the customization process where I kept referencing the previous order and when we finally received the new tent, it was an off teal color which looks nothing like the previous blue which we ordered and was the color I wanted. Called in and as of now, they are refusing to take any sort of responsibility because I had approved the proof even though the proof color looks nothing like what they sent and they ignored my multiple request that we just wanted the same tent as before but with our new logo.

I'm suspicious that my 2 credit cards (1 company card & 1 personal card) that were saved on our website account were compromised as we had fraud attempts on both cards last week. I'm not confident that our payment information is secure enough.

Ordered 420 sign holders, received 397. Charged for 420. Product was not packaged properly and had 21 broken pieces that Displays2Go would not replace even though I have photos of poor packaging. Center Manager said to take up issue with UPS. Not an ethical company.

Our brochure holders came. We assembled correctly and they tipped over. If we place more than 5 standard weight trifold brochures into a holder, it tips over. This causes the back tab to crease, which is what is supposed to keep the holder up. When we reached out for customer service, we were told we assembled them incorrectly (we didn’t) and were offered no solution. We sent photos/videos but were blamed for the faulty construction of the holders. Would not order a thing from this company again. Super disappointed.

This is the 3rd, I believe, review I wrote you pertaining to this product. I was a dissatified customer. I never heard from your company except how to put it together (as there were NO instructions)... and it didn't work. The hooks were so closed that they wouldn't adhere to the given bar of the stand. A friend with a pair of plyers opened the hooks and made it work. I will be apprehensive to order from DISPLAYS2GO again. I will look for other companies before ordering from you. You should have: Sent a new stand and allowed me to return the defective stand. This was never offered to me. YOU asking me about this product AGAIN just "puts-salt-in-the-wound".

The product we purchased was printed with resolution issues. While we reviewed the proof, it did not show an insufficient resolution. The bottom line is that the product arrived late and incomplete; we received the banner, not the base. This wasn't very reassuring for a highly-rated company.

I am disappointed that you don't sell replacement parts for feather flags, I have perfectly good feather flags but I cant use them because I do not have poles or bases, and I would rather not order whole new flags and let the ones I have go to waste.

Terrible customer service. They sent our order with a missing a part to put the stand together, making it totally un-useable. They told us that since it's outside the 5 day window, they can't help us.

Horrible experience so far. Was told I could get a double sided sign. I then went to order and spoke with someone who said they would call to confirm everything. Got a call saying they only do one-sided signs. Before I could change my order to get another sign, they sent me the one sided sign. THEN, the bottom of the actual "hardware" broke after the first time we used it, so it won't roll. It's very heavy, so it now stays outside in the elements. I spoke with someone who wanted to confirm getting me a replacement and would then call me "the next day". It's been a week and I have still not heard from them. Still have a broken one-sided sign sitting outside.

Very poor construction, delivered with rusted sections. Very expensive----nearly $500 including shipping!! I am very disappointed. Will not recommend this item to anyone.

Received a trust lectern not fully welded. I discovered it while painting it. Because I painted it they would not give me a credit. I even offered to buy another one if they would credit me something. They refused. Buyer beware!!!!!!!
