I was not happy with the following: 1. Logistics, the product was delivered late 2. Quality, the product even when we use provided template look like poor printing.

I would give you a ZERO but it does not give me that option. I just learned that banner you sent was printed incorrectly. It is not what I sent, nor approved. Please have someone in customer service contact me. Thank you. Jennifer Yochem

The product we purchased was printed with resolution issues. While we reviewed the proof, it did not show an insufficient resolution. The bottom line is that the product arrived late and incomplete; we received the banner, not the base. This wasn't very reassuring for a highly-rated company.

I am disappointed that you don't sell replacement parts for feather flags, I have perfectly good feather flags but I cant use them because I do not have poles or bases, and I would rather not order whole new flags and let the ones I have go to waste.

Terrible customer service. They sent our order with a missing a part to put the stand together, making it totally un-useable. They told us that since it's outside the 5 day window, they can't help us.

Horrible experience so far. Was told I could get a double sided sign. I then went to order and spoke with someone who said they would call to confirm everything. Got a call saying they only do one-sided signs. Before I could change my order to get another sign, they sent me the one sided sign. THEN, the bottom of the actual "hardware" broke after the first time we used it, so it won't roll. It's very heavy, so it now stays outside in the elements. I spoke with someone who wanted to confirm getting me a replacement and would then call me "the next day". It's been a week and I have still not heard from them. Still have a broken one-sided sign sitting outside.

Very poor construction, delivered with rusted sections. Very expensive----nearly $500 including shipping!! I am very disappointed. Will not recommend this item to anyone.

Received a trust lectern not fully welded. I discovered it while painting it. Because I painted it they would not give me a credit. I even offered to buy another one if they would credit me something. They refused. Buyer beware!!!!!!!

Ordered a stand and when it was delivered it was damaged, had a broken shelf and loose parts. Expensive item, but looked like a $30 stand. Real quality control problems. Return policy states they don't want damaged items returned, so I get to get rid of it. How nice of them. They did issue a total refund. Definitely won't purchase anything from Displays2Go in the future. Don't recommend buying from them.

Displays to go itself is very good but the trucking company that they work with is a one star service. They are very careless and rude. They dropped 2 extra long palettes front of my door on my opening day and accepted my 90 pounds employee to move them. They were not even willing to move it an inch. I was very upset. Delivery service will be the reason I will not order anything from store supply wear house again. This isn’t the first time they have been so careless and rude.I had bad experience with these guys before when they delivered stuff to my other business.

The podium was damaged when we got it. Poorly made out of particle board. Very cheaply made and poorly put together. Very disappointed and unsatisfactory.

These people will not leave me alone about doing a review. I have not yet opened the boxes. We are moving into a new building soon and the display is for said building. Don't know the quality or if all the parts came. Please stop emailing me to write a review on a project I have not opened.

I ordered a carpet through their online store for a trade show where I was going to exhibit. I made sure to order in good time and also informed Display2Go of the deadline by which I had to receive the carpet. Nevertheless, even after I rushed to complete a wire transfer at their request, they didn't check when the transfer had been received and I had to keep mailing them to check that the wire was received and to ship the carpet. When they finally decided to ship the carpet it was only a few days before the start of the trade show but instead of shipping the carpet with 1-day delivery, they chose to send it with 3 days delivery. Needless to say, I had to go to HomeDepo and buy a cheap carpet as the carpet from Display2Go arrived two days into the trade show. I think it fair to say that Display2Go has really bad communication with its customers and doesn't prioritize the wishes and needs of its customers. I asked to get a refund on the carpet but Display2Go insisted that I had to pay for the shipping cost myself when returning the carpet. That would have cost more than what the carpet was worth, so I kept it.
