Both displays where used. They had clear signs of having been assembled and then disassembled before they were sent to me. No instruction page was included in the box.

I ordered three head forms and they arrived with used filthy dirty bases with paint splatter. How can that possibly happen? Someone in the supply chain had no self pride in their job or could possibly care less about customer service.

I ordered ona holiday so when displays2go processed my order they wouldn't honor the 10% off. I left a note when ordering and no one reached out to me so i called and explained only to be told no. So i going to return the display and order from another company. Waste of time.

I ordered 9 display easels in advance for a conference a few months later. Got them out of the box and set them up to be sure they were not broken. Opened them up last week and one of them has a leg that doesn't tighten so you can't adjust it. I called customer service to tell them it hadn't been used and see if they would replace it and they said "It was past the return policy period." If they allowed me to ship it back to them, they would see that it had not been used. That was the first and last time I'll do business with Displays2Go.

Your shipping prices are ridiculous. I wanted to add to one panel to my grid system. Cost was about $125…shipping was $235. What the heck? I cancelled my order. I will look for a different company.

The persistent effort to get feedback, and I mean persistent, is a complete pain in the ass. I wrote feedback when I purchased the one item, that turned out to be too large for my use. Never again, and now I will block the website on my email permanently.

I order a huge set of metal display panels and the connecting clips didn’t ship with the product. I calked the company and they said they would ship them out. Two weeks later and no clips!

They delayed popup printing by 2 weeks and never communicated this to me. If you work with event deadlines you know how stressful it is. I had to call them multiple times to only find out that the order was never released for printing. The rep (James) didn't even apologize and acted like it's totally okay! I now have to find another vendor who can do rush printing for me. Communication is key and if they notified me at the beginning that they can't meet the deadline (I sent for production 4 weeks before the delivery date!) I would be able to find a solution. I just can't rely on them.

Incorrect item was ordered and I called to cancel the order, which was confirmed by a customer service rep. The order was sent anyway and when I sent it back and was told that I would get a full refund, they deducted for shipping (both ways).

The products are good but something but there always seems to be issues when we order from them. Orders aren't complete, different prices are given, and we were charged tax on the shipping fee recently. It does not appear that staff are properly trained for the issues i've dealt with; It is aggravating and time consuming. I hope to find another company that sells these specialty products.
