They delayed popup printing by 2 weeks and never communicated this to me. If you work with event deadlines you know how stressful it is. I had to call them multiple times to only find out that the order was never released for printing. The rep (James) didn't even apologize and acted like it's totally okay! I now have to find another vendor who can do rush printing for me. Communication is key and if they notified me at the beginning that they can't meet the deadline (I sent for production 4 weeks before the delivery date!) I would be able to find a solution. I just can't rely on them.
