This item came without any instructions and the instructions I downloaded from the internet are very confusing. I will not purchase it again.

Ordered a stand and when it was delivered it was damaged, had a broken shelf and loose parts. Expensive item, but looked like a $30 stand. Real quality control problems. Return policy states they don't want damaged items returned, so I get to get rid of it. How nice of them. They did issue a total refund. Definitely won't purchase anything from Displays2Go in the future. Don't recommend buying from them.

Displays to go itself is very good but the trucking company that they work with is a one star service. They are very careless and rude. They dropped 2 extra long palettes front of my door on my opening day and accepted my 90 pounds employee to move them. They were not even willing to move it an inch. I was very upset. Delivery service will be the reason I will not order anything from store supply wear house again. This isn’t the first time they have been so careless and rude.I had bad experience with these guys before when they delivered stuff to my other business.

The podium was damaged when we got it. Poorly made out of particle board. Very cheaply made and poorly put together. Very disappointed and unsatisfactory.

These people will not leave me alone about doing a review. I have not yet opened the boxes. We are moving into a new building soon and the display is for said building. Don't know the quality or if all the parts came. Please stop emailing me to write a review on a project I have not opened.

I ordered a carpet through their online store for a trade show where I was going to exhibit. I made sure to order in good time and also informed Display2Go of the deadline by which I had to receive the carpet. Nevertheless, even after I rushed to complete a wire transfer at their request, they didn't check when the transfer had been received and I had to keep mailing them to check that the wire was received and to ship the carpet. When they finally decided to ship the carpet it was only a few days before the start of the trade show but instead of shipping the carpet with 1-day delivery, they chose to send it with 3 days delivery. Needless to say, I had to go to HomeDepo and buy a cheap carpet as the carpet from Display2Go arrived two days into the trade show. I think it fair to say that Display2Go has really bad communication with its customers and doesn't prioritize the wishes and needs of its customers. I asked to get a refund on the carpet but Display2Go insisted that I had to pay for the shipping cost myself when returning the carpet. That would have cost more than what the carpet was worth, so I kept it.

Maybe if you stop sending me things I will forget what company I ordered from. I was not at all happy. You're $250 lights should have probably cost $75 and after I didn't get them when I expected them and had to spend. $250 to get them sent by next day from Monday to Tuesday for the show. I was pretty bummed out.

Workshop Series 11” x 17” Acrylic Sign Holder with Silver Standoffs - Clear, is not usable for my intended purpose to display a historic document of 11x17 size. It would require me to pierce the document in the corners of the 400 year old leaf. They charge $15 for a return label, and do not reimburse shipping. There was no effort to work with me or keep my as a customer going forward.

you website is very misleading with size when item returned they would not refund original shipping - would never order from this company again after several phone calls and email the return shipping was refunding by original shipping was not very dissatisified

I got the wrong canopy. I ordered a 6'-0" x 6'-0" hybrid canopy and received a 3'-0" x 6'-0" canopy.

The display was much smaller than pictures. It was a waste of $130 for a display that can only hold 5 canvases and was like 4 feet tall. HORRIBLE!!!!!

These arrived unassembled and one ultimately never worked. They sent 2 new remotes for the lights, neither of which worked with the lights that were sent with the graphics.

I ordered a bag stand and it came without a base. I called and spoke to customer service and after a long time on the phone they said they would get back to me. But they never did! Very disappointing!

One of the chip clips didn't hold the chip in place and falls. I didn't have the time to complain or try to exchange it. cant I just get something without flaws for once?
