Maybe if you stop sending me things I will forget what company I ordered from. I was not at all happy. You're $250 lights should have probably cost $75 and after I didn't get them when I expected them and had to spend. $250 to get them sent by next day from Monday to Tuesday for the show. I was pretty bummed out.

Workshop Series 11” x 17” Acrylic Sign Holder with Silver Standoffs - Clear, is not usable for my intended purpose to display a historic document of 11x17 size. It would require me to pierce the document in the corners of the 400 year old leaf. They charge $15 for a return label, and do not reimburse shipping. There was no effort to work with me or keep my as a customer going forward.

you website is very misleading with size when item returned they would not refund original shipping - would never order from this company again after several phone calls and email the return shipping was refunding by original shipping was not very dissatisified

I got the wrong canopy. I ordered a 6'-0" x 6'-0" hybrid canopy and received a 3'-0" x 6'-0" canopy.

The display was much smaller than pictures. It was a waste of $130 for a display that can only hold 5 canvases and was like 4 feet tall. HORRIBLE!!!!!

These arrived unassembled and one ultimately never worked. They sent 2 new remotes for the lights, neither of which worked with the lights that were sent with the graphics.

I ordered a bag stand and it came without a base. I called and spoke to customer service and after a long time on the phone they said they would get back to me. But they never did! Very disappointing!

One of the chip clips didn't hold the chip in place and falls. I didn't have the time to complain or try to exchange it. cant I just get something without flaws for once?

After 3 failed attempts to receive our large display tables we finally just canceled and got a refund. The first set of bashed tables I could write off as a problem with fedex but by the third time- I think the tables were leaving the displays2go warehouse broken and busted.

I placed the order for 2 enclosed corkboards (expensive) for our church in Toronto. I received an email in November, that the products were shipped. Since we have not received the products yet, I called FedEx to check the status. They said that commercial invoices were not included in the shipments and the products cannot be shipped to Canada. I paid $176.27 for the shipping and have no idea when my church will receive them. What a terrible business. I already called twice your company and they are looking into it but they don't know how to fix the problem. We need these corkboards for December's Christmas bulletins and I don't have any hope now that we will get them. Can someone contact me? Thanks.

The rotating stand I bought broke the first day of use. Poor design with the tiny screw holding it upright and terrible anchor pin holding the rotating display. It rocked all over the place until the whole thing fell over on a customer. Worst purchase ever! That said, I've purchased from Displays2go and have never had a problem until now.

We purchased 400 square feet of flooring from you. After 4 days the floor has completely peeled up! Literally will never be able to use it again. It’s been embarrassing and nothing I can do in the middle of a show!

Horrible experience, they lied about being a Canadian company, delayed my product, tells me I had "other shipping options" which they don't. Doesn't take any accountability Service rep was slow as molasses to deal with.. I have the transcript .. offered NO help DO NOT USE - I will NEVER use again

Delivery and Service was great. The issue is with the glass front Magnetic board. Even using a very strong rare earth magnet, I can not hold anything much heavier than a single sheet of paper. My goal was to hang small fabric samples for my business and the magnet really can not hold them up.
