Not worth the hassle. I've been trying to resolve the same issue for 11 days now. I don't believe it's the customer service personelle, it's the next level I'm told. There's been a dozen emails with and w/o pics and even more calls. O asked them to verify a replacement PRIOR to sending to make sure the issur was not repeated. After 5 days i called back, they hadn't xhecked or sent the replacement. I was never able to talk to a supervisor or the warehouse about the issue.

I ordered a rolling banner (with intention to leave wheels off). I received item and Bolts were too small and did not fit in hole. Wheels came already attached so I removed it and frame was wobbly. Customer supper sent a replacement but I still have same issues

Was not worth cost frames are impossible to usr. Could not get protective coating to come off I needed aclss act and got a terrible product

sent 2 easel boards- both were poorly constructed. the adjustable leg mechanism to extend the height of the easel did not function. I had to hire someone to fix the problem.

I would not recommend this company. False advertisement when it comes to the display we ordered. Would not provide help for purchasing a lens or back so our poster would not fall out. Was told we would have to research a 3rd party to order it.

I don't recommend these panels!!!! All panels were bowed out!!!! I couldn't get anything to stay with velcro. They made my show a disaster, constantly picking paintings off the ground to velcro again, the bowing of the panels was terrible. Order your panels from Pro Panels, they might be a hundred dollars or two hundred more but they are of much better quality. I compared with other vendors and Pro Panels are the winners!!

Horrible. First off, my address wasn’t “verified” for some reason so instead of someone contacting me, they just never did anything. 2 weeks later I called and asked what the status was — it hadn’t even shipped. Also, there was nothing wrong with the address I entered. Second - half of my coffee table was sent to me? Only a piece of glass… so I called … every time someone says “ok we’ll have someone contact you tomorrow to fix this” no one ever calls. So I keep calling back. I’ve called 3 times. This is so ridiculous. I never leave bad reviews for anything but I just want what I ordered or refund. It’s been over a month

I’m new to your site and products. First of all, the item arrived cracked and broken. My first encounter with Customer service was terrible. Tia kept me on the phone for 23 minutes and assured me that she handled the return properly. She issued me a reference # D2GCM000001754. Then she quoted me a return amount of $230.29. She assured me that i would receive the refund within 5-7 working days. I called back 4 days later and spoke to James. He was terse and sounded like he was having a bad day. Much to my dismay, he informed me that the return was never proceeded correctly. Luckily, I trusted my instincts and followed up with the return status. Otherwise, the pending return would have stayed in limbo without any resolution. I literally asked, “you mean If I had never called, I wouldn’t get my money back?!” I was infuriated because after wasting 23 minutes of my time, she told me everything was fine and the return was processed correctly. I lost confidence in her abilities after she continuously put me on hold and literally needed someone to hold her hand and walk her through the return process. 2 words: incompetent and unprofessional This has been my overall experience with your customer service. I will NEVER shop here again and frankly the quality of the defective product was questionable. There’s no way this cheap hunk of plastic is worth $200+. I’m glad it was broken. I want my money back. I find solace that one of these days I will get my money back. You can expect a call from me on Tuesday if I don’t see a credit I’ve been keeping a phone log of the people I’ve spoken to in your customer service department Hopefully, I get my money back. I want my refund tomorrow. I expected 3-5 and that isn’t going to happen. Needless to say, yes I am very disappointed and irritated with you people

I tried calling for assistance and was on hold multiple time to ask questions about the product and had to hang up after waiting over 30 minutes to an hour. Not satisfied with the product.
