both displays broke within two days. Tried to call for refund/return and got cut off twice.

Padded wood look floor is delaminating after 10 days at event . Would not recommend this product.

I’m new to your site and products. First of all, the item arrived cracked and broken. My first encounter with Customer service was terrible. Tia kept me on the phone for 23 minutes and assured me that she handled the return properly. She issued me a reference # D2GCM000001754. Then she quoted me a return amount of $230.29. She assured me that i would receive the refund within 5-7 working days. I called back 4 days later and spoke to James. He was terse and sounded like he was having a bad day. Much to my dismay, he informed me that the return was never proceeded correctly. Luckily, I trusted my instincts and followed up with the return status. Otherwise, the pending return would have stayed in limbo without any resolution. I literally asked, “you mean If I had never called, I wouldn’t get my money back?!” I was infuriated because after wasting 23 minutes of my time, she told me everything was fine and the return was processed correctly. I lost confidence in her abilities after she continuously put me on hold and literally needed someone to hold her hand and walk her through the return process. 2 words: incompetent and unprofessional This has been my overall experience with your customer service. I will NEVER shop here again and frankly the quality of the defective product was questionable. There’s no way this cheap hunk of plastic is worth $200+. I’m glad it was broken. I want my money back. I find solace that one of these days I will get my money back. You can expect a call from me on Tuesday if I don’t see a credit I’ve been keeping a phone log of the people I’ve spoken to in your customer service department Hopefully, I get my money back. I want my refund tomorrow. I expected 3-5 and that isn’t going to happen. Needless to say, yes I am very disappointed and irritated with you people

I tried calling for assistance and was on hold multiple time to ask questions about the product and had to hang up after waiting over 30 minutes to an hour. Not satisfied with the product.

The plastic covers on the signs I purchased only last about a day or two in sunlight. The units are worthless to me.

Wow! I made a purchase and the item did not look the same as displayed, so I returned the item with the hopes of ordering again later. My order was 59.10 and I received a refund of 28.41. I have no problem paying the return shipping fee, but 30.69 in return fees, really. There must be a third party in this. Very disappointed.

1. Too heavy 2. Too difficult to get those tiny screws in given the angles needed. With today’s technology-graphite would be lighter and the plastic trays could snap ons like legos!! Not good for tradeshows because if this. I GAVE IT AWAY! Waste of $600!!

My order was fine, not quite the quality I expected but passable. However, the 15 damn emails every twenty minutes asking "How'd we do?" makes me not want to order anything from your company ever again.

I would not recommend these items. I bought 2 listings and total of 4 items. The hat stands are not usable for adult hats and are very small. these are advertised for adult sizing and are not in anyway. The bottom of the one is not flat and it wobbles when placed on a table. I messaged about this and was told another would be sent but not received it. Received the second box with the shirt stands. Very first thing one of the top finials came off out of the box. Not glued on well at all and you can see how poor the glue job was. Once again one of these bottoms is not flat and wobbles. The very first thing any shop who sells displays should do is make sure they are flat and will set on a table correctly.

Very POOR customer service, very LONG turnaround, and mostly they don't respect the given shipping date, which can be critical considering their very long production time. AVOID and find other suppliers
