Ordered 2 display boards, received them in light duty card board package, the product inside is cracked and broke beyond use. Sent in photos for a credit yet no response from Displays2Go. Fed Ex delivery.

The screws sent are the wrong size. This table is worthless without the right size screws

We still have not received our order. We needed it for last weekend, paid for the shipping to allow that to happen and it never showed.

My recent order of trash receptacles arrived with extensive shipping damage. The second receptacle was not delivered by FedEx due to extensive shipping damage. My impression from the one that was delivered was that the package was very poorly packed for shipment. Displays2Go shipped replacements but both arrived with the same severe damage rendering them useless. The extensive damage confirmed that the material was packaged so poorly that the damage was predictable and expected. I took many photos of the damage and shared them with the customer service person I spoke with so I won't make the effort to include them below. Contact Marshall Silva in customer service to see my emails and photos. I requested a full refund of my order but have yet to receive a confirmation. Please have someone send me confirmation that my full refund has been processed.

I purchased the 3 Piece Wicker Patio Set with Weather-Resistant Build and Stackable Design – Taupe. I’m not a fan of writing reviews but this review is to ensure that this item is not purchased without knowledge of the major concern of the above-mentioned items. I am only 5’5”, the seats are very low even for me. The big concern is the alignment of the footings. Yes, there are four however, they are so misaligned that you cannot lean left or right.

While the sign is as portrayed on the website, the assembly quality is lacking. There appears to have been two small applications of glue to hold the sign in the fixture. Within a month, this sign fell out of the fixture.

Received the shipment but unfortunately it was not complete. Three boxes were received first and days later I received the fourth box. Some of the parts needed to assemble the displays were missing; not included in the shipment. I have emailed and requested the missing parts but still have not received them.

The person we worked with does not respond in a timely fashion to emails. She’s currently not responded at all. The design she did was very child like when we sell alcohol and childlike seems inappropriate. We’ve still not been refunded as she will not respond to our request. Defiantly will not use your services in the future.

I tried for two days and couldn't make these things work. Couldn't even get more than one side attached without damaging the poster and it sliding all over the place. Don't waste your money

Two out of the three items ordered came in BROKEN. The delivery box was in good shape and the boxes within. Looked like the broken items were just put in the boxes and sent.

The table runners are a great product, and started off with a great price, the only bad part is you get charged Shipping for each runner you order and they come in the same box. Has anyone ever heard of flat-rate shipping?.
