My recent order of trash receptacles arrived with extensive shipping damage. The second receptacle was not delivered by FedEx due to extensive shipping damage. My impression from the one that was delivered was that the package was very poorly packed for shipment. Displays2Go shipped replacements but both arrived with the same severe damage rendering them useless. The extensive damage confirmed that the material was packaged so poorly that the damage was predictable and expected. I took many photos of the damage and shared them with the customer service person I spoke with so I won't make the effort to include them below. Contact Marshall Silva in customer service to see my emails and photos. I requested a full refund of my order but have yet to receive a confirmation. Please have someone send me confirmation that my full refund has been processed.
