Customer service and available product are top notch. However, all my orders of the same product (one original and two replacement) all came in damaged and unable to use.

Once the small cardboard 'outrigger' tab on the bottom is bent in any way, the stands can no longer stand upright. I bent two just assembling them. I had to use packing tape tp reinforance some of them but it detracts from the overall appearance.

Poor quality metal, for over $200. There was little to no difference in the stand that I replaced, which was a fraction of the cost from Displays 2 go. Great customer service though.

What a piece of garbage. The item isn't strong enough to hold the TV from tilting down. The TV is well within the specified weight limits.

When I went to purchase a display case, it wouldn't allow me to apply a photo visual to add to the display. I chatted with a Chantilly, I believe, and they recommended I purchase the display and the department would reach out to me regarding sending the photo file. Before shipment. The display was shipped anyway. I reached out to customer service and they told me should I have added a file to apply to the display, they would of. But that would require the customer to be able to apply a file, to begin with. The display itself was user-friendly.

Purchased three in 2020. They did great. Served their purposed. One broke a month or so ago, couldn't find a replacement (this company said it would be over 90 days to order one so just took the old one down, and went with the two remaining. Then I tried again to purchase, and they were available, so ordered. Went to put it up and very different size and the quality is not there. The top broke off within a week. Super disappointed. We really liked the older model, and was a blessing we have much less volunteers to man our Visitors Center, so we posted these outside so visitors could get the info they wanted.

These are getting more and more flimsy the more times I order them. My first order I was pleased with, but as I have reordered different products, they have gotten less and less durable. The latest order I placed for a unit fell apart the very first time we were using it. The whole thing leaned tremendously while it was in use and when we took it down to pack it away and bring it home, it fell apart. So buyer beware, some items are better than others.

The over all look of the display that we ordered is excellent. However the design and what comes with the product is abysmal. The pump that airs up the product does not come with it you have to order it separately, however, when you click on the air pump that is recommended it is the wrong one. The air pump that was sent doesn’t come with the correct attachment. This will be the 3rd time we are going back to figure out how we can our inflatable table to inflate! When you inflate the product the tubes are supposed to prevent the air from coming out. These vents do not work. They let out all of the air you put in immediately. Looks 10 out 10 Being able to use the product 2 out of 10.

The item we received was not as expected, which happens. However, the "person" I spoke with via web chat was very rude about processing the return. I have proof that the return was received a week ago and am hesitant to use the web chat to find out when we will be credited back because the person was so rude.

Your products and selections are good, but your shipping is absolutely horrid. WHY do you ship small items in large boxes with an excessive amount of paper filler? It's incredibly wasteful and seemingly would be more expensive to you, and ultimately the customer via increased shipping costs. For example, I regularly order four small items (the same item). Rather than coming together in one appropriately sized box, each comes in its own large box filled with paper, then those four boxes are all contained in an even larger box. When I place the order, I've asked for the items to be shipped together in a smaller box, and I'm told it will be. But when I receive the order, items are still packaged individually in oversized boxes. What an incredible waste. If I could find this item from another source with better packing and shipping processes, I would 100% order from that source. So far, I've been unable to find this item elsewhere. Please do better.
