I had a display case in my cart, ready to put the purchase in, but no transit time for delivery was provided. I needed the piece by a certain date and had to go the customer service chat to get an eta which was 5-7 days and too late, so i canceled the order.

Ordered an item that arrived in two pieces, the second piece was delayed due to the delivery carrier (not D2G). I inquired about the contents of the first piece, to hopefully use this at a trade show on its own, the agent provided incorrect information about the package contents, and as a result, the activation was useless on site. Would not order again.

Recently purchased 10 retractable stanchions, that required assembly.. 2 of the 10 belt inserts were broken upon arrival. I have purchased these in the past and the quality of those are MUCH better than the new version.

two of the four products I ordered came to my home broken I sent pictures and called for refund or replacement but to date no one has gotten back with me.

Ordered four frames for end of the year volunteers awards and all of them came to me defective. I called customer service and spoke to someone who sent me replacements for free, but these are also defective. Good customer service, but product is terrible and it's really frustrating that I wasn't able to give people awards on time because of this issue with poor quality control.

the sign frames were great. i bought four and only 2 came. i paid for faster shipping too. called customer service, they were of no help as on their end either. had to call back and talk to someone else to get a credit going. our client's booth was minus half it's signage as a result.

I was happy to find a product that I was looking for. A somewhat reasonable priced display trash bin. However during the unpacking I found a dented base, scratches on all items that are exposed to the customers. I also found out after calling Displays2go that I received the wrong instructional packet. I received a damaged item a few years ago as well. I was hoping it was a 1 time thing before I ordered another item. So both purchases left me with sub par product.

I pretty much had a disaster. I needed a display stand for an art show to display framed wood cut prints. I emailed Customer Support with questions on product. The online details were extremely vague and not specific. Term used was hook and loop. Not familiar with that term. I purchased a display stand that was unuseable for my art show display of framed art work. I returned the display stand unopened and have not been credited for my return purchase amount or received reply to my emails from Customer Service regarding refund. Not good.

I am disappointed that as a sign display reseller I was charge $122 for pole bracket and later found them for $26 at SignWorld. Did I pay retail price? Do you have pricing for resellers?

looks good once and if you can get the bolts to line up in the holes, they are all drilled to deep. I gave up on most bolts and used my own wood screws. Never again.

Thanks for asking. Pretty bad deliverable. The nuts, bolts, tool, etc came floating around in the boox (not in a bag or anything). Pieces were missing. The instructions were terrible. Pretty much under performed in my opinion.

The order process and receiving of the order went smoothly, but 2 of the sign holders I ordered arrived broken. I put my number on a list to receive a call back and never got one and then emailed about this issue with images and never got a response. These sign holders are for a work event and now we are 2 short.
