I purchased 2 magazine racks and both of them fell apart during shipping and I had to reassemble and renail them back together.

We received the board, broken and another new one was supposed to be sent. It has not arrived.

We ordered one TV stand, the site went down during the order process. No confirmation email was received. We repeated the order and then got two orders in the mail. Now we have to pay for shipping back which is super expensive even though they fault lays with dispay2go.

Arrived with a broken frame, and a cracked chalkboard. Was a time sensitive order and now I'm hoping tge replacement makes it to the new location undamaged.

I ordered the double sided custom printed hanging sign. The dimensions are 24x48 inches, which is what I expected, but did not get. The sign is 24x30 inches which is a great let down as I had hardware already prepped for a 24x48 sign.

I set up my display and was almost finished when it toppled over. The rods bent and I was no longer able to use.

Out of 5 display cases I had ordered 2 of them door hinge were broken.

We are still waiting to receive this item. We were told that it shipped over two weeks ago but it still isn’t here.

Usually, the products we get are good quality. This wooden box, however, came apart in shipping. Screws were at the bottom of the box, and not even the proper size. Our Maintenance person basically had to get his own screws and fix it properly. I did not take a picture. The box itself is fine. It's the cheap hardware to connect the lid to the base.

The product was great. But it took me over 20 days to receive. The first shipment was missing a part that prevented me from using the product at all. I called, customer service was extremely short with me and rude. They promised I would receive the missing part in 3 days. It took 7 days for them to re-ship multiple parts I did not request including the single missing part from the original order.

Because of the pandemic we have a shorter office hours. We missed the delivery and still haven't received the item ordered on February 27, 2021. This review is submitted on March 19, 2021.

I ordered two plexi boxes. Beautiful product but one arrived damaged. I called, spoke to your associate, Joe, who told me a replacement would be shipped out right away. I also sent an email with photos of the damage (at his request). I heard nothing for a week. I reached out again and he asked for my order number, which I sent. I have heard nothing so far. If you don't want to replace, just reimburse. Order number WEB10211775

Hi there I am trying to get in touch with someone regarding my order. Apparently the FedEx driver could not find my address. I just received an email that they were unable to deliver. I really do need this product and I am wondering why they were not able to find my home. I receive packages everyday. Is there a customer service number to call?

The 5x3 long dry erase board bends in the middle when you write on it. The company offered me 15% off my purchased when I informed them of this. While that was nice, it still doesnt fix the issue. I ended up mounting a piece of 1x4 behind it to stop it from bending.
