I ordered two plexi boxes. Beautiful product but one arrived damaged. I called, spoke to your associate, Joe, who told me a replacement would be shipped out right away. I also sent an email with photos of the damage (at his request). I heard nothing for a week. I reached out again and he asked for my order number, which I sent. I have heard nothing so far.
