“I was totally disappointed with these donation boxes. I ordered 8, and every single one of them has a DIFFERENT KEY! How am I supposed to keep track of them? Are you kidding me? Please send me 8 locks that are the same!”

“I ordered 6 frames and one was broken.... they also look pretty cheap, but they were pretty inexpensive. So, I guess you get what you pay for...”

“The product arrived sealed with each individual piece bubble wrapped and one of the shelves was damaged. Seems as though it was put in the box that way.”

“I received 3 frames, one frame had the inside plastic that is used to protect the poster scratched, and completely broken off on the top and bottom. Also, I don't know if this a frame issue or a poster issue, but I cannot get the wrinkles out of the poster. You have to get at just the right angle to not notice it. Probably worth it to spend a bit more to get a higher quality frame.”

“The item took a week to get here, and in two separate shipments. They actually do not process and ship orders after like 2pm. In this day and age, they should ship same day and serve the customer. Item was also bent when arrived, poor packing. No way am I sending it back, might take 2 weeks.”

“Our order was missing pieces and when we called and sent pictures, they made us pay shipping and taxes and we are still waiting on the additional pieces to arrive to even hand our display! Not happy at all. Lady on phone was not helpful and argued with my husband who was handing it.”

“Purchased a 7x11 sign and 7x11 sign frame from this company. These products should have worked together based on that; plus the customer service rep stated they do. There's over a half inch gap on the top and a inch gap on the side of the frame. Sign falls straight to the floor! Displays2go wants to charge a re-stocking fee for re-turning a product that was miss labeled and falsely advertised. Unacceptable!”

“I ordered a dry goods dispenser, needed quickly. Paid extra $70+ to get it overnight. Website accepted charge, processed order, and gave confirmation. When it didn't show next day, I called to check. The nice lady on phone told me that unit has a 5 day delay before shipping. I went to website and verified there is a small note on page where I placed order that said 5 day delay. I missed it. When I asked her why they would accept a $70+ charge for next day, on an item they knew couldn't ship next day, she was stumped. I cancelled order and made my own!”

“Previous client with few issues in the past. Ordered a product for OVERNIGHT shipping on Tuesday. After many phone calls, the product finally arrived on the next Monday. Not acceptable in any way, shape or form. After speaking to customer service. Was assured product would arrive on Saturday. “We ordered 6 of the 36x48" plexiglass poster frames, and I was not thrilled by the quality. They are not crystal clear as one might expect, and they don't hold the print very tightly as there is far too much give in the back of the frame. Additionally, we haven't even opened all of them yet and I can tell you that at least one of the frames arrived cracked and at least two of the frames arrived with noticeable surface scratches that cannot be buffed out. It will be too expensive to ship them back considering shipping costs and Displays2go's mandatory 20% re-boxing fee (even though 4 of the boxes are still as-shipped), so we will just have to keep them.”

“Item showed up in great time but it was damaged. It appeared to have been returned before and then re-sold. It had scratches, chips in the wood and one piece was broken off. I did not have time to return as it was needed right away. I had to glue it back together and touch up the paint.”

“One of the stands was broken in the package. The package itself was not damaged, so it was placed inside already broken. I am from another country (Canada), so it is too much of an inconvenience to return.”

“Price was good but I received a desk that someone obviously had and tried to put together. There was a big crack they tried to cover with permanent marker. There was white stuff wiped all over the black desk. Also the labels were off and all parts were put in a Ziploc bag. Never again will I order from this place again.”

“This display was very difficult to assemble and came with inadequate instructions. The part that holds the poster is nearly impossible to install. We've been at this for two days. The two rolls of plastic that serve as the holder for a poster are supposed to snap together but do not. So no easy way to get the poster in there, let alone change it. The curved design is sleek looking but makes the poster part very difficult. Some of the aluminum framing is rough around the edges, if I ran my hand down it, it would cut the skin. For the price, I would not recommend.”

“Quick delivery however, the rack we bought does not fit together properly and the pieces were rusty and dirty when we took it out of packaging. It is a very simple rack to put together- not really a way to put it together wrong, however the pieces don't actually fit together. When you snap one shelf in, the other shelf pops out.”
