Purchased a 7x11 sign and 7x11 sign frame from this company. These products should have worked together based on that; plus the customer service rep stated they do. There's over a half inch gap on the top and a inch gap on the side of the frame. Sign falls straight to the floor! Displays2go wants to charge a re-stocking fee for re-turning a product that was miss labeled and falsely advertised. Unacceptable!
