Shipping was very good. The product shipped the day after I placed the order. One piece oddly came a few days after the other which is weird beings they were shipped together but I will put that on Fed Ex and the terrible weather. I opened the product today to find that it is very poor quality. The holes to put the hardware in are already cracked out and disintegrating. Its already falling apart and I haven't even started to put it together. Buyer Beware

The unit is okay but they didn't send the right instructions or parts. Had to wait a couple days to get the cotter pin and it was the wrong size. I went through three people and they sent an email to a fourth person, it's been almost a week and I've not heard from anyone. I had to go get one myself. It would have been nice to have all the pieces for this unit when I arrived. I had to open my tore without a card rack, who knows how many sales I lost. Not impressed.

This podium would've been so easy to assemble if only the shelves had pre-drilled holes!

There were multiple times during this transaction that I wanted to stop working with this company due to the lack of communication with the specific employees who were assigned to me. To start the person I was working with was not very responsive with email so I called and I was told by another employee that this was a busy season and that he was on his lunch break. I can relate to being busy obviously so I accepted that they were very busy. Then after about a day I hear back from a completely different employee I've never communicated with and she emailed me to ask me what my address was for shipping. By this point I had not even heard back from the original employee I was working with regarding my artwork. I also had not received any type of proof. I emailed her back to say I was confused because I never heard back regarding the artwork. I said should I assume it was fine? Because I would really like some sort of proof. Proofs are usually provided any time artwork is involved so that the customer can double check everything looks as it was sent. Am I wrong? She emailed me back with a very unprofessional email to basically say she had no idea what I was talking about and she included a lot of these (...). I called to talk with her but she was never available but conveniently would email me right after I called. I figured out that there must have been some type of mix up and I emailed her back to tell her that the original employee who was helping me sent me my artwork proof. I let her know my order number and explained that she might have confused my order with another person's order. I never heard anything back from her. NOTHING! Not an I'm sorry for the confusion or anything. It seemed very unorganized. If I just went along with her I would have probably received someone else's order. The original employee who helped me was cold but he got the job done so I guess I can't really complain. As far as the proofs I think that Displays2go should provide proofs that actually show how the artwork is going to look on the item. Just sending me a picture of the image I already sent you does NOT help me. I have not received my order yet but I'm crossing my fingers that it looks good. Needless to say, it is very unlikely I would use Displays2go again.

Loved the iPad stands but unfortunately the package did not ship on the agreed upon date and we missed having the stands for half of our tradeshow. I had called repeatedly to confirm the shipping date and paid extra for next day air only to get the package a day late. What was even more disappointing is that I had to catch the error and call multiple times to get in touch with someone to confirm the late shipping date.

Ordered American Flags with poles with an expectation of good quality and I asked the person if they were made in the US. The items are of poor quality and were made in China. The poles are thin, weak and in multiple pieces. I'm not giving American Flags that were made in China. I will be calling the company to return and get a full refund.

I ordered 2 football display cases. One was fine, the other had the mirror "off centered" which made the casing off center. I called and asked for a replacement. The replacement was also "off center". If I could post a picture of how the mirror on the base is supposed to be centered, I would.

Normally I would give 5/5, as I have ordered display cases and smaller items for displays in California and Texas. I love their products! However, this time (for the first time) I encountered problems on two display cases. Only one of the four doors fits, it appears that the bottom opening where the door should attach has been depressed or beat down. I don’t know what to do to fill in the existing gap as it is in the main frame of the case. Also each case has two top lights. Only one light works. If the company can offer a solution to fit the doors, I would much appreciate it.

This is the first and last time I will buy anything from Displays2go. After receiving the displays ordered [Outdoor Literature Holder for Wall Mount with Lid, Fits 8.5 x 11 Magazines - Clear], I was stunned and disappointed to see that the displays are made from paper thin plastic and are not meant to hold anything meaningful or adequate for outdoor business/client use. Perhaps if you were selling your car and simply wanted the least noticeable and lightest possible display, this would work. There is no actual lid, only a thin plastic top seal, which was not easy to use. When I contacted CS to complain about the quality and size of the product, I was advised I could return the items, but would have to pay the return shipping, which should run around $8.95. That shipping fee is 33% of the actual purchase price. They displays came in an over-sized box, wrapped in unnecessary bulky plastic bubble wrap I will not use this company again.

I recently purchased a 32" dual monitor stand for two Samsung flat panels TVs that I use as computer monitors. The stands indicate that they support up to 66 lbs (33 per monitor) and after I opened the box, I noticed how durable the base and overall stand seemed to feel. The monitors are UN32EH5000FXZA and UN32J5205, weighing 13.0 lbs and 8.1 lbs, respectively. The stand itself wasn't terribly difficult to set up, though the instructions were picture only and not as straightforward as I would have liked, given that they would support $700 worth of equipment. After setting up the stand and mounting the TVs (I would recommend having someone assist in mounting the monitors) I had a lot of trouble getting the monitors to stay in a fixed position, at a fixed angle. The two screws that tighten the arm that holds the monitor mounts don't actually screw into anything on the arm, they simply tighten up against the back of the inside of the arm. This makes it difficult if the monitors are different weights, as the arm tends to want to drop to one side. The mounts themselves also rotate, which I liked, except it was also very difficult to tighten them so that they stayed in a fixed position. The monitors kept angling forward and I would have to adjust them so that they were facing more towards me and less towards the ground. Aside from those issues, I was happy overall with the stand, that is until the left mount broke completely off at the pivot and drop the monitor of off the desk, damaging the screen. I called Displays2Go and they offered to ship me a replacement monitor stand or refund my money. I hesitated because I seriously want/need a dual setup for my monitors, but I can't really afford to buy another monitor, only to have the same issue reoccur and break another monitor (they're around $350 apiece). They offered nothing in the way of replacing the monitor, nor did they want me to ship the damaged monitor stand back so they could find out what happened. I'm pretty disappointed with the quality of the stand, while the base was a solid metal, the pivoting mount was plastic. I'm also not thrilled with the lack of accountability from the company regarding the damage that was caused. I understand that they can't just replace every monitor that customers claim was damaged by a defective or faulty mount, but at least go through the trouble of trying to find out why this happened by looking at the defective product.

Not really happy, not their fault picked a drop box that was plastic which will not work for us, maybe could be grouped with other boxes the same and not mixed in with the metal ones. Paul

I ordered a cash counter wrap that cost $200. The shipping was $160 from a lift gate truck. I'm expecting a very large and heavy delivery. What arrived was a massively over package assembly yourself kit that could have been shipped as a normal UPS delivery easily. I know it will be hard to believe but bulk of the shipment was actually two large empty boxes stacked on top of each other. I was in shock and disbelief when I saw what I paid $160 to have shipped.

Looks nice but not very sturdy especially with the wheels. It has fallen over many times rolling it into position.

Product was not available, but instead of offering an alternative, the order was simply cancelled. I will hesitate to order from this site again.

I ordered 30 signs - you shipped me 25. Seems like a pretty simple thing to mess up - I will be looking for other places to purchase these items in the future.

I ordered some of the clip strip banner hangers and when I hung them some of the end caps popped off which left the string at risk of falling off. I had to use packing tape on multiple of them in order to keep the banners from falling down.

We ordered a magnetic black white board. Barely magnetic from the front of the board. Ordering some strong magnets, hopefully that will work.
