Hi there I am trying to get in touch with someone regarding my order. Apparently the FedEx driver could not find my address. I just received an email that they were unable to deliver. I really do need this product and I am wondering why they were not able to find my home. I receive packages everyday. Is there a customer service number to call?

Long delays with shipping for the wall mounted display cabinet. Paid over $200 for shipping and it’s been 3 weeks without a delivery.

The 5x3 long dry erase board bends in the middle when you write on it. The company offered me 15% off my purchased when I informed them of this. While that was nice, it still doesnt fix the issue. I ended up mounting a piece of 1x4 behind it to stop it from bending.

well I haven't received my fixture that i have been waiting for. I received the other items but not not the shelves or the large slat wall fixture. I have called twice said it is in transit but i have not received an email or anything for that matter! Please call me for undate that would be helpful. Noyo Harbor Inn. Carol at 707-961-8000.

The item arrived with just enough hardware to put it together. Unfortunately one of the threaded screws was not threaded. I managed to put it together without it.

I ordered a set of three white pedestal stands and one of the stands had no screws. I couldn’t put it together. I tried to email someone and have not heard back.

Both boxes came damaged. The displays inside were falling apart. Called to get a refund, was told I would get a refund, still have not gotten my money back yet. Finally got a refund after the complaint.

The order process and delivery were very good. However the product itself is disappointing. The top & bottom channels that were to hold the plastic would come off when I attempted to hang it and the plastic guard itself is not easy to see through. People appear as if they are "under water."

The brochure stand did not have directions to say to spread cotter pins or needing a phillips head screw driver. Someone should really review this stuff. The rack itself is wobbly. I thought it would be sturdier. I guess time will tell how they hold up. I bought 3 for our church.

the package arrived with more damage I've seen in my 25 years of shipping and receiving. I understand the damage was inflicted by FedEx and it seems that the product is ok but the packaging was weak and not of quality for shipping.

The order came with the right quantity and parts on time. The sheets for printing the signs on which were sent were not even close to level and could not be used. I ordered 23 - 6 inch oval signs and couldn't use any of the provided vellum/frosted paper templates as the holes were punched way out of level. I've contacted Displays customer service about 2-3 weeks ago and I'm still waiting for an answer or resolution. Absolutely not happy when I've spent hundreds of dollars and it's taking this long to help me with this issue. Please respond and correct. Willy - Allure Salon Studios - 701-720-919

We ordered a display rac kand when we received it, it had been shipped with out any packing material. The finish looked like it was 20 years old. They offered to replace it but the effort and time to package it up and return it is not worth it. We will keep it but won't be ordering anything else from them any time soon.

While the ordering process and delivery were great, the product itself is another story. The stand has a plastic clip which allows the "neck" to be adjusted. This clip broke on the third use.

I received the church podium today that I had ordered on the 16th of December. However, I was told it would be delivered on the 22nd and no later than the 23rd of December 2014. When I contacted the tracking system and delivery, I was told it was in route, which it was not. I also noted specially on my purchase order to call me two hours prior to delivery, which also did not happen. Fortunately, just before I was getting ready to leave my office a driver shows up with my order. It would be great if businesses can keep their commitment to their customers because our time is valuable too.

Thought I was getting a "deal" with a little easel I needed to find for my store. This one came and was broken, so it doesn't line up at the top... looks so cheap, it's not even worth sending back :(

Hi there, I ordered a large amount of frames from you which were listed as backordered for 12 days. I subsequently got way too many emails asking me for feedback, giving me discount codes (even though I asked for one earlier) and asking me to come back. I haven't yet gotten one single update on my order yet. I think you should adjust your spamming until after products have been received or it is very frustrating to the customer.
