I received the church podium today that I had ordered on the 16th of December. However, I was told it would be delivered on the 22nd and no later than the 23rd of December 2014. When I contacted the tracking system and delivery, I was told it was in route, which it was not. I also noted specially on my purchase order to call me two hours prior to delivery, which also did not happen. Fortunately, just before I was getting ready to leave my office a driver shows up with my order. It would be great if businesses can keep their commitment to their customers because our time is valuable too.
