Customer service is great but the delivery service is awful. 1st podium was delivered damaged and the box it came in had big gapping holes in it. Display 2 Go agreed to replace it and the 2nd podium was delivered in much worst condition than the first. Completely unacceptable experience with delivery. Now I have to go somewhere else to find a podium for our church!

2nd time I have written a review, did not like the prices on a timeclock, then prices change, placing the order for a non-exempt company, was told the paperwork would be sent to me which the paperwork was never sent. Would not order from this company again unless under dire dire need.

I received my shipment but the doors that came with it don’t fit correctly in. The bottom of the doors has a curved opening that was supposed to sit on top of the rails, but instead it only fits in between the rails if you look at the photos. Is there any way you can send the technician come to fix it ? Please get back to me ASAP. Thanks

I ordered 5 different sizes of the hanging sneeze shields. The hanging hardware was fine. But the plastic vinyl was of varying quality. Some was perfectly see-through and great but some were hazy and blurry.

I ordered 2 display easels advertised as Honey Wheat in color. I was shocked to unwrap a pair of orange....like seriously burnt orange, easels. After waiting 2 weeks for them to arrive I decided to keep them and repaint them myself. The tracking info I received did not provide an estimated delivery date, just progress of the slow march across the country. I'll use the product I will not order from this company again.

I was very please with the sooner than expected turn time and shipping time and was thrilled when it was coming in early. However, when we went to install it at Ochsner, the logo was imprinted upside down and backwards when you put the front pane on the podium. I called to get a replacement and was told it would be June 8th before you could ship it out due to no clear acrylic in stock. This was very disappointing and my client is not pleased.

We ordered several items and paid extra to have them delivered to our high-rise building dock area. We gave Displays2Go the dock hours and specific height of the dock. They sent a truck that could not deliver and had to return the following day with a van. Then, we find out that they shipped us the WRONG items. They notified us that the shipment would be ready for pickup last week on Thursday so we hauled the items back down to the dock, printed a BOL and no one showed up Thursday or Friday. Now we are getting notified from the building security that the items MUST be picked up today or we will have to haul them back up to our suite. The replacement parts are supposed to arrive tomorrow???

I ordered a product that was in stock online, only to be told that it was out of stock over a week later. Then once I had found another product elsewhere to substitute (scrambling), I'm told that Displays2Go did in fact have stock. Additionally, the artwork proofing took extra days to respond vs. what is committed to on the website.

The digital review process took 2 weeks and one of my proofs had a font substitution which I noticed and could fix. The shipping was expedited so I didn't miss my event (came in the day of the event) which made me nervous BUT I realized that other banners had font substitutions but it was too late to get it fixed. I place the order 3 week prior to my event to insure that everything went ok. I have used your service prior and have not had any issues until now.

I placed an order for several items. I wanted to have all custom. I received generic product displays without issue but had to have them wrapped and edited third party. I paid for design services on other displays and after weeks of follow up and being told that the designer was out or busy and they'd deliver proofs, I never received them. The project never moved forward.

I ordered 3 plexiglass display racks and one logo header. It took a few weeks to get the shipment. 2 out of 3 of the racks arrived cracked. One won't be here until June.

The acrylic magazine wall unit arrived with 2 broken tabs so we were unable to use 2 of the 8 wall units. The plastic is very flimsy. Would not hold up to repeated and heavy use.

Received our shipment and the acrylic display was cracked into pieces. I was able to get a new one shipped out and the 2nd one received had broken shelves. Luckily I had save the shelves from the 1st broken delivery and was able to piece toget a display.

Most of the product was new never opened. But did get one part that was a return. so random parts were with it and also missing a few things.

I already wrote a long review and it disappeared b4 I sent it.....am not going to do so again. My experience was terrible! No, I would not recommend buying display cases from them! 1 was OK but other two were covered with bubble wrap OVER the scratches! How could whoever packaged them for shipping not see the damage? Displays 2 Go did immediately credit my account for the two faulty cases, so I did give them a 2 * rating.
