Your products and selections are good, but your shipping is absolutely horrid. WHY do you ship small items in large boxes with an excessive amount of paper filler? It's incredibly wasteful and seemingly would be more expensive to you, and ultimately the customer via increased shipping costs. For example, I regularly order four small items (the same item). Rather than coming together in one appropriately sized box, each comes in its own large box filled with paper, then those four boxes are all contained in an even larger box. When I place the order, I've asked for the items to be shipped together in a smaller box, and I'm told it will be. But when I receive the order, items are still packaged individually in oversized boxes. What an incredible waste. If I could find this item from another source with better packing and shipping processes, I would 100% order from that source. So far, I've been unable to find this item elsewhere. Please do better.

The company does well for the name plaques for the office we use. We've used them for other things around the office as well. My one complaint is that they don't sell the frosted templates by themselves. I have to buy 3 frosted and 3 clear. Such a waste of material and honestly money on our part. I know I'm not the only one to complain about this. I don't know why they don't make a switch to offer packages of strictly one type.

A bit disappointed this time. The ballot box allowed quite a bit of a standard folder paper to stick out, so we had to return it. Having to pay for shipping to return, next time, I will check Amazon first.

I was disappointed in the quality of my display case. The door is not level, and there is no way to adjust it because of the door latches. There is a screw that is blocking intrance to one of the shelf peg holes, so there is no way to adjust the shelves evenly. I chose black as the color, and there are 2 notable blemishes. Overall, I could see how this could be a beautiful case, but it certainly wasn't worth the cost. I gave this as a gift, and quite frankly, I was embarrassed by the quality.

We love the way the signs look unfortunately the quality isn’t there. The clips in the frame popped out and the frame is quite flimsy. Until they make them more durable I wouldn’t recommend the sign

These display stands are made very cheaply! Out of the 6 we ordered, 3 were damaged. The locking clips that keep stands extended broke off immediately upon opening them. Highly recommend avoiding these. Also, the holes to fish cabling thru are obstructed to point we hade to use a fish wire!

I placed my order several weeks ago and am now having trouble figuring out if it has shipped or not. Have spoken to several people on the phone who have been very pleasant but I still have no idea whether my order has shipped or not. I received an email on 10/23 that my order was expected to ship on 10/25 but that is the last thing I have heard. I need this order to arrive by a certain date, which I included in my original order, and I am worried it is not going to be there.

The magazine racks I bought were of excellent quality. The shipping done by the company was a nightmare for customs. 5 racks put in 3 boxes. No invoice at first. I finally received an invoice and it couldn't tell me what was in each box. Someone at my broker would have to decide which box weighed less! The cost of shipping an customs for three packages was higher than I expected. Never again. Great racks, though.

Regardless of who is at fault, the resolution process was so sloppy that I gave up. I will transfer future business to other vendors.

Good morning. Thank you for your message. Sadly, we unwrapped the plastic wrap from around the display case this morning to insert the historic book, and discovered the crack visible in the attached picture. The metal opening along the top is super tight, we have to use a wedge to open it to drop in the poster. Poor quality fabrication.

Looks nice and functional. I ordered 4 and all 4 the keyboard stand is lose and are not able to tighten it. My installer left the wrench in to hold and 2 fell and got list and now I can’t put the keyboard on it since it fluxes down and drop. Now I need to remove it and patch the wall and paint and get a different brand!tDO DO NOT BUY THIS!!!

I was very disappointed in the state of the stands we ordered upon arrival. Not one of the boxes was intact and the contents were basically falling out. Unfortunately, they need to be shipped to our next event and repackaging them will be expensive.

The iPad doesn't line up & fit correctly in the case. Have to take cover off to have people input information. And the spot for the button doesnt work

I love your products and have been a customer for years, but shipping is absolutely insane and has made it to where I am currently looking elsewhere for my stand-off needs. For example, I paid $329.8 for 20 small boxes of stand-offs and the shipping came to $131.92. That means the shipping cost is almost half (40%) of the price of your product. In an age where shipping is so affordable elsewhere, I can't imagine that your business model is sustainable. I hope you partner with more affordable shipping companies, but if not, I will not be able to keep purchasing from you.

I was glad to hopefully have found a solution to my problem, but then I had to order a minimum of 5. I did, but they did not fit so they had to be returned. I spent almost $55.00 and after I returned all 5, my credit was only $26.00. I was going to purchase the larger size nameplate holders, but it's a costly expense if I do not like them or they do not work.
