I was expecting 3 cases of 50ea and received 1 case of 75.

The magazine racks I bought were of excellent quality. The shipping done by the company was a nightmare for customs. 5 racks put in 3 boxes. No invoice at first. I finally received an invoice and it couldn't tell me what was in each box. Someone at my broker would have to decide which box weighed less! The cost of shipping an customs for three packages was higher than I expected. Never again. Great racks, though.

Regardless of who is at fault, the resolution process was so sloppy that I gave up. I will transfer future business to other vendors.

Good morning. Thank you for your message. Sadly, we unwrapped the plastic wrap from around the display case this morning to insert the historic book, and discovered the crack visible in the attached picture. The metal opening along the top is super tight, we have to use a wedge to open it to drop in the poster. Poor quality fabrication.

Looks nice and functional. I ordered 4 and all 4 the keyboard stand is lose and are not able to tighten it. My installer left the wrench in to hold and 2 fell and got list and now I can’t put the keyboard on it since it fluxes down and drop. Now I need to remove it and patch the wall and paint and get a different brand!tDO DO NOT BUY THIS!!!

I was very disappointed in the state of the stands we ordered upon arrival. Not one of the boxes was intact and the contents were basically falling out. Unfortunately, they need to be shipped to our next event and repackaging them will be expensive.

The iPad doesn't line up & fit correctly in the case. Have to take cover off to have people input information. And the spot for the button doesnt work

I love your products and have been a customer for years, but shipping is absolutely insane and has made it to where I am currently looking elsewhere for my stand-off needs. For example, I paid $329.8 for 20 small boxes of stand-offs and the shipping came to $131.92. That means the shipping cost is almost half (40%) of the price of your product. In an age where shipping is so affordable elsewhere, I can't imagine that your business model is sustainable. I hope you partner with more affordable shipping companies, but if not, I will not be able to keep purchasing from you.

I was glad to hopefully have found a solution to my problem, but then I had to order a minimum of 5. I did, but they did not fit so they had to be returned. I spent almost $55.00 and after I returned all 5, my credit was only $26.00. I was going to purchase the larger size nameplate holders, but it's a costly expense if I do not like them or they do not work.

Could not figure out how to get the arm to move as advertised. Practically no useful instructions. Sitting on the back floor of my truck. Another piece of worthless chinese junk.

I ordered approximately a dozen and a half clear acrylic signs with chrome accent pieces like knobs and stands. I only received screws to secure the stands on two of the signs and the rest of the signs were missing the appropriate screws to attach the stands and we're basically useless to me. They went completely unused and I resorted to the typical stand up acrylic stand that I had on hand anyway. I was looking to upgrade the look it just didn't happen

Keyboard shelf is useless on this product. I had to replace the sex bolt with a regular nut and bolt with washers to get it to hold. Too expensive of a product to have to modify to get it to work. The stand with that design flaw warrants two star review.

I had a display case in my cart, ready to put the purchase in, but no transit time for delivery was provided. I needed the piece by a certain date and had to go the customer service chat to get an eta which was 5-7 days and too late, so i canceled the order.

Ordered an item that arrived in two pieces, the second piece was delayed due to the delivery carrier (not D2G). I inquired about the contents of the first piece, to hopefully use this at a trade show on its own, the agent provided incorrect information about the package contents, and as a result, the activation was useless on site. Would not order again.

Recently purchased 10 retractable stanchions, that required assembly.. 2 of the 10 belt inserts were broken upon arrival. I have purchased these in the past and the quality of those are MUCH better than the new version.
