“Delivery was placed into another company who was supposed to call me and set up delivery. That company hasn?t called me as of today to set up delivery. Still waiting and still haven?t heard from either company. Worked with this company many times but this time has been distasteful”

“I ordered my 1st order on 07/23/18. (Today is 8/2/18) It still hasn't even shipped but I got an e-mail everyday advertising other products until I unsubscribed and now a survey e-mail about the site...focus on actually delivering your customers the product they are paying for and I'm sure they will have a higher opinion of your site and services, as it stands right now I would absolutely purchase anything else I needed from Amazon or another site with faster processing speeds rather than trying your site again, unless it was the only option for an item.”

“I ordered 3 of the 4 panel grid wall base's with wheels, what I received was grid wall base with floor levelers. These were also sent with inadequate hardware to put the bases together. To make these into what I wanted, we had to tap out the floor levelers as they were in metric and purchase our own wheels and hardware to complete the 4 panel grid wall bases. I tried phoning Displays2go and the phones were offline on the day I called. This experience has been all around poor.”

“Took too long to receive based on original shipping estimate. I was not impressed with the craftsmanship of the product. Some edges were not even and one corner was bent, which is very obvious when you look at it”

“I have ordered banners from this company 3 times. As soon as i received the banners i have had to call 2 out of the 3 times due to the banners showing up damaged/broken. Both times they have sent new ones however it is very inconvenient to have to call to get a second banner every time they are shipped.”

“Our church has a PO box for Billing and a street address for shipping. Your site would NOT let me enter the PO address for billing. I tried multiple times. I should be able to enter a separate address for the shipping and billing. I ended up having to use my personal card and ship the display rack to my home.”

“I am disappointed in the quality of the product. There are many "stress" points or cracks in the items we received. I have sent several back, only to receive more with small fractures in the acrylic.”

“Ordered TV Stand with 4 Acrylic Shelves Silver. It arrived in several boxes and wasn't packaged very which caused some damage to the base of the stand. The craftsmanship of the overall stand itself was rather poor. One bracket on the TV mount used tork screws while the other used phillip Screws. The phillip bracket had mis-drilled holds, so things didn't line up. It is clear that this item is cheaply made and cost way to much for what you get.”

“We have ordered pedestal sign holders in the past and were satisfied with the products that we received from your company. This last order of two pedestal stands had several issues. First, the screws were substandard and stripped easily. We added washers so the stands would be stable. The depth for the sign was excessive - we added layers of cardboard so the sign could be read. The frame with it's interlocking tabs and outside screw was much more complicated than your previous version with its folding frame. Please go back to the previous version of this product. The issue with the screws affected both versions, however.”

“One of the spin the wheels is defective The iPad is not being used because when we arrived on site the battery was not charges/it's low and also the website is not accessible on the pad .. weird, however it's accessible on my cell phone. Jthe spin wheel is broken. It was broken and stripped the inside screw holes in the wheel that connect it to the stand. Not happy..”

“I was disappointed there was no option to make a change to my order after it had been placed. When I emailed the company within 15 minutes of placing the order asking to make a change, I was told my order had already shipped. I found that really hard to believe. Subsequently, I've had to deal with a return and additional freight charges. The customer service on this was non-existent.”

“the display looks great but if you look at it, it tips over, very top heavy and NO weight on the bottom will most likely be returning it and for cardboard, it was very expensive.”

“I ordered two table top rotating racks for 5x7s. One vertical, one horizontal. BOTH were received bent. These were to be given as a Christmas gift. I was so embarrassed.”

“The product itself is where I had my issue. I was not sent the right screws to put it together. The instructions I received were awful. It is literally just a drawing of what goes where, but certain parts were already put together. You absolutely cannot put it together with the parts given to you. We needed to break screws off to get parts apart, to attach it to the pole. We also needed our own 7-inch long screwdriver just to screw in the shelf and top section to the pole. The most detailed instructions I received, were for a stand I didn't order. I called customer service, and the woman on the phone was very nice, but I didn't get a call back from the quality team like I requested. I called customer service back a few hours later. They had to ship me the correct screws overnight. This was not a cheap stand. For the amount I paid, I expected better step by step instructions, notification on the instructions that you need other tools to put it together (that are not included), and the correct hardware within the shipment.”

“The stand is sturdy and the platform is exactly what I needed. However, the casters (wheels) don't seem to turn appropriately, so I find myself dragging the stand as opposed to it rolling properly. I'm looking to replace the wheels with some that are more durable and can handle surfaces smooth (tile) or rough (carpet). This unit, unfortunately, falls short due to the shortcomings of the wheels, but as I said the rest of the unit is very sturdy. One other thing that is a little odd is the fact that the vertical portion of the stand (the part that raises and lowers it) is odd to say the least. Instead of using a spring loaded button, it uses a screw that you have to line up with the hole. It would be nearly impossible to do with anything on the platform.”

“Price was good but I received a desk that someone obviously had and tried to put together. There was a big crack they tried to cover with permanent marker. There was white stuff wiped all over the black desk. Also the labels were off and all parts were put in a Ziploc bag. Never again will I order from this place again.”

“I ordered some of the clip strip banner hangers and when I hung them some of the end caps popped off which left the string at risk of falling off. I had to use packing tape on multiple of them in order to keep the banners from falling down.”
