“Poor execution of a good idea. We ordered 4 stands. The first stand that we unwrapped, none of the slots fit into the spaces provided. It was difficult/impossible to assemble and it broke when we tried to disassemble it. The other 3 stands worked reasonably well, but when you only get 75% of useful product, it does not sit very well.”

“Expensive, slow to arrive and there was a part missing when it finally got here. On top of this they used a box that could have held a piano. Not a great experience.”

“I received a ready to assemble glass shelf desktop display cabinet. It was 100% encased in wood. There were no guidelines how to unpack it. I used a screwdriver and hammer to dig out staples, and nearly got hurt a few times. Then I took everything apart. The 1 page diagram for assembly was awful. The cabinet is nice, and I got it together, with a lot of stopping, reading, contemplating, and trying to figure out the pitiful instructions.”

“Paid extra for delivery before Christmas, didn't arrive until after the new year. The cloth itself looks fine, it's a different color than we saw in our preview, but the product itself is acceptable. But with it being a different color and not even shipping until the new year, 2 stars seems appropriate.”

“Paid extra for expedited shipping hoping that it would be less prone to damage, but that wasn't the case. Even though the box appeared to be fine, the top surface was dented.”

“I have never had them deliver on time. Had to cancel my most recent order b/c they missed the need by date. Used them in 2017 and had the same experience. Proceed with caution and weeks of lead time.”

“I love the design of the display. I really do. But the experience ordering was very disappointing. We paid a large amount for 2-day delivery only to find out that their 2 days don't start until the day after the order is filled and sent. In other words, it takes 3 days to get a 2-day delivery. And if you order after 3 pm, it takes 4 days to get a two day delivery. And that seems to be okay with them. It is not okay with me.”

“I purchased 3 of these stands and they have 2 issues, first, they wobble when someone uses the ipad, second, the charging cable cannot stay plugged in when trying to put the cover back on. Screw to lock lid on gets in the way. Not a good design.”

“I received the shipment in good time, however there was a hole in one of the boxes and the assembly instructions were missing. This was quickly resolved with a call to customer service. My other issue was more disappointing. I received a round part with bearings that was very corroded, enough that there was rusty residue in the plastic bag it came in. This shouldn't have passed any sort of inspection as acceptable to ship. My previously mentioned call to customer service included ordering a replacement part which will apparently take roughly a week to receive, which to me is too long. I have a display sitting in pieces in our lobby, waiting for this part so I can assemble and load our brochures.”

“The banner itself was beautiful, after having to prompt their customer service for an approval email that was never sent out. The assembly was not intuitive and the carrying bag arrived damaged. More disappointed than anticipated.”

“I ordered a Podium and received a date of delivery of May 1 no later than 8pm by Fedex. I contacted Displays2Go and got a hateful reply of no dates are given for ground shipments. They themselves sent me the tracking info and delivery date info. The Item was received the next day. I went to put the podium together only to find out that the top port of the podiums' holes do not match the column of the podiums screw holes. It luckily was made of steel and could be fixed without having to return the item back to Displays2Go. I have never purchased anything from them before. I have no plans to do so again. The podium while appearing to be quiet sturdy is made in China. Not sure of the other products Displays2Go sales.”

“This card/ picture holder is big enough and stable but the surface of the apples has lots of imperfections such as bumps, scratches and etc. Very disappointing.”

“Last year I bought two of your counter spinner racks w/sign holder, item #HSP2T12HBK, I loved them. This year I needed two more and made the same order. One of the top racks on one of them didn't spin due to arm protruding. So the rack is stuck! I am in process of finding a very small file to see if I can file down the inside to allow freedom of the top rack to spin. I am very disappointed in your quality control and further disappointed in that it is a China product! China products are known for being inferior. I also am unhappy that I have to work on fixing the problem. I have a show coming up and don't have the time to exchange it so hope I can fix it. Please have better quality control of your products.”

“Ordered some lighted acrylic displays stands. The mounting bracket that is sent has a hole that is too small to fit the end of the cord through so I have to go to a fabrication shop and have it drilled out to make bigger. Fortunately I am in an area that I can get that done, but if theses were sent to a trade show out of town, these would be unusable.”

“I just received our sign holders and they look wonderful HOWEVER it is very, very hard to get my poster into it. In fact, so hard, I can't get it all the way down into it. My poster doesn't slide, it gets stuck. Even though it took two of us and about 20 minutes, we got it done, only two more to go. Once in, it looks great though!”

“Not sure what the sign looks like since this email has come before the sign. What I will say is it takes waaaay too long to get it. Good thing I have plenty of time! Don't think I will use this site again. Took over week just to process the order before is made!”

“I ordered 15 tables and 6 were damaged. I didn't receive any responses from Customer Service only because I use our FedEx account. The 4-foot tables that I bought were fine, different materials but the 3, 6 and 8 foot were very damaged, the material is not very good.”
