A great stand (and I give it 5 stars). I'm glad I bought it, it serves my purposes well and look forward to continuing to use it, but a 2 star review because it didn't come with the necessary, and critical, nut/bolt that anchors the base plate with the rest of the stand. Used it for the first time at a recent conference and luckily a member of my installation crew was able to improvise to make it work.

From my chat with Collin to receiving my sample display in a crushed box after the atrocious cost of freight, not impressed at all.i am working on setting this up while trying to reinforce the bent pieces. Sent an email to CS and got NO response

very difficult to put together, the hinge/rod that hodl the pieces together is very tight and difficult to slide on.

Ordered a +$300 podium. Podium had 2 screws missing that connects to the base. The threads of the socket were dull that when putting in new screws (that we purchased our own) would not connect the podium to the base. They do not check their items before shipping to consumers.

The item does its job and you're able to place things inside. But, its poorly sealed and the bulletin board fogs up inside. I have to open and wipe in order to see inside. Otherwise I have to display pictures outside of the bulletin which makes this product useless. I wouldn't recommend for outdoor use.

The frames SHOULD hold big signs, about 24W? x 26T?, but the stretch cords that hold the frames together & reinforce it diagonally, ARE MUCH TOO SHORT. 9? IS THE WIDEST YOUR SIGNS CAN BE, if they?re made of inexpensive corrugated plastic board or foam board. The boards will buckle if you use anything wider than 9?! The cords are so short that they probably wouldn?t even work if you used thin plywood. Also, these cords would be hard to attach if you have arthritis. I am removing these cords, and will try making longer cords that are each partially stretchy. I will try to post with an update?but at least, you?re now warned.

The ordering was fine, but I ordered on Aug 17th and I have no idea where my order is. I track it on the site but there's no update. It's now Sept 6th and no word. Hence, the 2 stars.

Everything was going so well, until the cabinets were delivered. I unpacked the first cabinet and found the glass mirror at the back broken in the lower left corner, and then unpacked the second cabinet and found one of the glass shelves shattered into small pieces. So it was the shippers who damaged the product in the process of getting it to me. Upon calling your phone number I received great service, thank you, and replacements are being sent me at no charge to me. The wood cabinets were not damaged. Hopefully the next shipment will arrive unscathed.

Don't really know as I haven't seen the product yet. Order said I'd receive it by Thurs 4/30/20. Its the 4th, our UPS/Fed ex came and went and I still haven't seen it. I realize Covid-19 plays a part in delays, but then don't give a date of when to expect a product. Guess just anxious in setting it up and using them in our shipping dept. As all other reviews sound great! Looking forward to getting them! Hopefully this week.

Came fast but the frame was trashed. Ended up throwing it out. Unusable. Came quickly though!

Service was great. Easy to order and delivery was prompt. The product however was very disappointing. I purchased qty (16) "11 x 14 Wood Picture Frame for Wall, Matted to 8 x 10 - Black (SKU LPF1114BKM)". Between the back close-out board and the mat there are 4 wooden spacers that hold the mat against the glass. These spacers are rough cut from wood and painted black. The spacers shed black wood fibers and paint chips. Even using compressed air, I could not get the glass and white mat free of black wood and paint particle contaminates. Very frustrating. Plastic spacers would work so much better. I would NOT recommend this product unless the spacers were replaced with some other non-contaminating material.

I was greatly disappointed when I read on the website that my item will ship within 24 hours. I read this in multiple places. After placing the order and paying for it I was told it would be almost 3 weeks. I followed up with a phone call and it took an additional two days to tell me that it wouldn?t get to me any sooner. I still have yet not received The product.

After speaking with your representative before placing the order, she confirmed the colonial sign holders would fit our medal signs. Unfortunately, these holders do not fit our signs, therefore we had to return the colonial posts. Now we are waiting on our credit card to be refunded. It's been a real inconvenience and disappointing experience.

The folding and portable lecturn arrived damaged. There were four instances of cracked or chipped laminate. This is a very heavy item and I think the packing materials might've been a bit too thin to protect this heavy piece. Fortunately, Customer Service was very understanding and issued me a full refund for the item with their apologies. So awesome! Thank you.

The product was supposed to ship in a week. I followed up after 10 days only to learn that there was a 4 - 5 week delay. There was no proactive communication about this, so I cancelled the order.

While the poster frames were the correct size. They were the first manufacturer that didn?t supply a background paper to cover the cardboard backing. That and the cardboard itself was cheaply constructed.

I ordered 5 signs that totaled over $1000 and unfortunately they really weren't worth the money. First of all, every box was nearly destroyed during shipping. For heavy items, you'd think to use more heavy duty boxes. Next, I'm assuming due to the boxes being in such bad condition, one of my 5 signs did not have hardware and I had to figure it out with what I had on hand. Furthermore, one of the signs were bent badly and I had to take a rubber mallet to it in order for a sign to even snap into place. Lastly, one of the sign spring pegs did not line up, so I had to take apart the entire peg area in order to be able to slide it over to line up. Of course there were no instructions on how to do this either, so I just had to take it apart and hope it was meant to be adjusted that way. Overall, not very satisfied with having paid so much for the order, but at least my company had them on time.
