We ordered a display rac kand when we received it, it had been shipped with out any packing material. The finish looked like it was 20 years old. They offered to replace it but the effort and time to package it up and return it is not worth it. We will keep it but won't be ordering anything else from them any time soon.

Because there was no notice I had to run home inconveniently from work to receive package which had a noticeable dent when we unpacked it

We ordered 6 of the 36x48" plexiglass poster frames, and I was not thrilled by the quality. They are not crystal clear as one might expect, and they don't hold the print very tightly as there is far too much give in the back of the frame. Additionally, we haven't even opened all of them yet and I can tell you that at least one of the frames arrived cracked and at least two of the frames arrived with noticeable surface scratches that cannot be buffed out. It will be too expensive to ship them back considering shipping costs and Displays2go's mandatory 20% re-boxing fee (even though 4 of the boxes are still as-shipped), so we will just have to keep them.

Our order was missing pieces and when we called and sent pictures, they made us pay shipping and taxes and we are still waiting on the additional pieces to arrive to even hand our display! Not happy at all. Lady on phone was not helpful and argued with my husband who was handing it.

I ordered 6 frames and one was broken.... they also look pretty cheap, but they were pretty inexpensive. So, I guess you get what you pay for...

I ordered a dry goods dispenser, needed quickly. Paid extra $70+ to get it overnight. Website accepted charge, processed order, and gave confirmation. When it didn't show next day, I called to check. The nice lady on phone told me that unit has a 5 day delay before shipping. I went to website and verified there is a small note on page where I placed order that said 5 day delay. I missed it. When I asked her why they would accept a $70+ charge for next day, on an item they knew couldn't ship next day, she was stumped. I cancelled order and made my own!

I received 3 frames, one frame had the inside plastic that is used to protect the poster scratched, and completely broken off on the top and bottom. Also, I don't know if this a frame issue or a poster issue, but I cannot get the wrinkles out of the poster. You have to get at just the right angle to not notice it. Probably worth it to spend a bit more to get a higher quality frame.

Item showed up in great time but it was damaged. It appeared to have been returned before and then re-sold. It had scratches, chips in the wood and one piece was broken off. I did not have time to return as it was needed right away. I had to glue it back together and touch up the paint.

I love the display case, speedy delivery and good customer service (professional, helpful, etc). HOWEVER, the first case was cracked due to poor packaging. The second case, great packaging but the corners were also cracked. I had to ask for refund in the end as I can not use either display cases.

Hi there, I ordered a large amount of frames from you which were listed as backordered for 12 days. I subsequently got way too many emails asking me for feedback, giving me discount codes (even though I asked for one earlier) and asking me to come back. I haven't yet gotten one single update on my order yet. I think you should adjust your spamming until after products have been received or it is very frustrating to the customer.

The product arrived sealed with each individual piece bubble wrapped and one of the shelves was damaged. Seems as though it was put in the box that way.

Thought I was getting a "deal" with a little easel I needed to find for my store. This one came and was broken, so it doesn't line up at the top... looks so cheap, it's not even worth sending back :(

I received the church podium today that I had ordered on the 16th of December. However, I was told it would be delivered on the 22nd and no later than the 23rd of December 2014. When I contacted the tracking system and delivery, I was told it was in route, which it was not. I also noted specially on my purchase order to call me two hours prior to delivery, which also did not happen. Fortunately, just before I was getting ready to leave my office a driver shows up with my order. It would be great if businesses can keep their commitment to their customers because our time is valuable too.
