Last year I bought two of your counter spinner racks w/sign holder, item #HSP2T12HBK, I loved them. This year I needed two more and made the same order. One of the top racks on one of them didn't spin due to arm protruding. So the rack is stuck! I am in process of finding a very small file to see if I can file down the inside to allow freedom of the top rack to spin. I am very disappointed in your quality control and further disappointed in that it is a China product! China products are known for being inferior. I also am unhappy that I have to work on fixing the problem. I have a show coming up and don't have the time to exchange it so hope I can fix it. Please have better quality control of your products.
