We received our product (a desktop iPad holder) and the quality was poor. We did not have most of the screws required to assemble the holder. The face of it was also very scratched up, as if it was previously used or damaged in shipment. We waited long enough to get the product (after paying for 2-day shipping), so we refuse to return it and wait even longer. Not satisfied at all, but it'll do the job at least.
