I ordered my 1st order on 07/23/18. (Today is 8/2/18) It still hasn't even shipped but I got an e-mail everyday advertising other products until I unsubscribed and now a survey e-mail about the site...focus on actually delivering your customers the product they are paying for and I'm sure they will have a higher opinion of your site and services, as it stands right now I would absolutely purchase anything else I needed from Amazon or another site with faster processing speeds rather than trying your site again, unless it was the only option for an item.
