Had a terrible experience from the beginning. Communication is the biggest area of opportunity as responses for emails seemed to take forever. There was no sense of urgency on anyone that I spoke to, and if i sent an email to the art team without replying all to a previous email thread that conversation gets lost. I've ordered through this company many times but this is by far the worst and I will most certainly do more research to find an alternative company to order my retractable banners through.
