Not worth the hassle. I've been trying to resolve the same issue for 11 days now. I don't believe it's the customer service personelle, it's the next level I'm told. There's been a dozen emails with and w/o pics and even more calls. O asked them to verify a replacement PRIOR to sending to make sure the issur was not repeated. After 5 days i called back, they hadn't xhecked or sent the replacement. I was never able to talk to a supervisor or the warehouse about the issue.
